I have a question for everyone. I am wanting to start a podcast that discusses vaping related topics. Is there anyone that you would suggest to interview? I am kind of looking for people that would only be known or famous in the Vape Community. Is there anyone you would like to hear from or learn more about?

Thanks for your help!

I seriously doubt they will want to do your podcast if you do not know who they are or what they are about. But good luck in your quest.

I don't think you understand my question. My question was asking everyone's opinion about who they would like to know more about? My point is that I want to deliver what people want. My question no where states anything about interviewing people I don't know.

Sure, you can interview me no prob.
I would love too....if you are serious

I’d like to know what they were thinking when the unnelected officials signed of TPD... Aim high ....could start with the European Commissions very own president Junker although I imagine he’s busy stiching us up at the moment :D

I could be mistaken, but I think what OP is meaning is that out of all of the people that are very well known throughout the vaping community because of their skills with various aspects of vaping (ex. Coil Building, DIY’ing, Reviewing, Tutorials, etc) who out of that select group would people be most excited about seeing interviewed on a podcast.
I think it was just the way that the question was worded that made it open to a bit more interpretation than OP meant.

You're not drinking water are you?! You realize that stuff is found in antifreeze!?!

I’ll second Squidoode for sure...his videos along with Ohm Boy OC and M.Terk are what guided me through my journey of “Coilsmithing”

Hey, I am up for grabs during my few moments of sobriety per month!

I am also gifted with being able to make Armpit Farts.

Have your people call my people and we can get this done!

I think it would be more useful to interview vaping/harm reduction activists, like Clive Bates, Greg Conley, Dr Michael Siegel, Dr Carl Phillips, Dr Farsolinos... etc etc etc. We have to keep banging the drum or the smoke nazis are determined to bury us in bullshit, so they can keep raking in the death machine money.

I suppose that would depend on the target audience OP has in mind. If it’s a “For Vapers By Vapers” type of deal then talking about how less harmful vaping is than traditional smoking is preaching to the choir, a bit.
Now, there could be special segments during the podcast or Special Edition Shows where you could have those folks talking about that topic...something like “Bring a Smoker Day” to get them the info and maybe have a Beginners Tutorial in conjunction with it for those wondering how to start the transition from analogs to e-cigs.
And the Death Merchants aren’t all that bad...from another perspective you could say that if it wasn’t for good ole Philly M, we never would’ve discovered the joy of vaping and the accompanying hobbies it created. It’s kinda funny to think that Big Tobacco, in not keeping up with the times, essentially created the market for its competition (Vaping).

I might be interested in hearing from industry people who actual create things. I have no interest in listening to some douche who's well known for simply vaping.

I really wasn't meaning BT as the death merchants, but BP, the ANTZ "charitable" orgs (really just BP's paid mouthpieces) and politicians/bureaucrats who thrive on tobacco taxes and the MSA funds. BT is merely doing what they've always done, and what ANY business would do: try to stay in business, and they aren't forcing their product on anyone, hence the total lack of ethics in the MSA.

BP doesn't give a royal rat's ass if their products hurt, kill, or cure anyone, as long as they get to stay in business and keep making ever more money -- if a product actually does treat or cure anyone, that's just a fortunate side effect, not the true intention -- if too many people get cured, there goes a lucrative market!

All the various alphabet-soup orgs make a lot of noise about people quitting smoking... but from their reaction to vaping, it's easy to see that they don't actually want anyone to quit and stay that way -- they love those patches and pills, because they usually fail to do what they're supposed to do and help people quit, so then they bring out the shame engine and tell you that you didn't do it right, just keep trying, don't quit quitting, etc... and none of the pharmaceutical crap intended for that purpose addresses STAYING quit in any way, shape, or form -- because, again, if people stay quit, there goes that particular consumer's participation in what must be the biggest and most blatant scam of all time.

As for the politicians.. well, they're politicians, so OF COURSE they lie and love money, and love it best when they lied to get it.

I am looking for something like exactly what you are talking about.

Andria does have some good ideas and I appreciate your comments. I would use some of your ideas in the future but don't you think some of those people mention seem kind of stiff. I want to have something fun and upbeat but would bring in some people you mentioned on occasions.

I might be interested in hearing from industry people who actual create things. I have no interest in listening to some douche who's well known for simply vaping.

I am sorry but you are right in what I am looking for people that have skills and well known in the community. I appreciate you help. It looks like you know what I am looking for.

If a person tells me they watch a vaping podcast or YouTube vapevideos, I avoid them at all costs.
But I digress.
You waste your time on Earth however you please.

why...there is no better place to see new vaping gear broke down to pieces and see if it maybe something you'd want to buy than youtube reviews...there's no better place for noobs to actually learn how to build a ss mesh wick or wrap a coil or build a clapton than by actually watching someone else do it, Youtube tutorials are how most of us learned the basics of building a set up.

Because I don't build.
Vaping is not my hobby.
Nicotine is my addiction.
Vaping is my safER alternative.
High nic, MTL vaper.
8 years+, down to a science...
DIY liquid (2 ingredients), disposable coils, around $1/day total cost to vape 5mls of 18-36mg juice.
ZERO hassle.
I spent more time replying to your post than I spend monthly on vaping "things".

Some people just like to get wrapped up in this shit.
I compare "you people" to someone who insists that they make every loaf of bread completely from scratch because it's so much better...
When in reality, it costs more, and unless that loaf is warm out of the oven, it tastes exactly the same as my pre-made store bought loaf that cost half as much.

So, you come onto a thread about starting a podcast and spend your time making multiple posts to tell people that you avoid at all costs that you avoid them at all costs?
Who forgot to put up the sign?

Kinda what I thought. Definitely seems better than "us people." That exact science doesn't keep him away from the forum though.

yeah you have the palette of a horses ass if you think you can buy bread at the grocery as good as homemade....which is cool...not everyone has a pallete..."you people" can meet at the Mc Donalds scarf down some big Macs and tell us all what a great deal the "happy meal" is and 2000 years of culinary culture is a waste of time since the invention of velveeta......twat.

my answer to this question is anybody you already know then after you get close to exhausting the list ask in your series "Anybody that i haven't interviewed already feel free to comment below...

your opening question reads as if you have no clue who to talk to.
which is why you have gotten the responses you have gotten.
in my case why should i make your work any easier for your project when you want to start it.
interview the people you want to interview not what other people want it is your project after all. unless you have already completed your list.

this will most likely be my only post on this thread.
