I was a smoker since i was 13, im 22 now and i started vaping 6 months ago. I started at 6mg and then dropped to 3 and then 1.5 and now i just started with 0 but just recently the past 2 days when ever i vape i get light headed, dizzy and my head feels like its being squeezed almost like a pressure. It hasnt happened before and i dont vape as much. I tried going back to nicotine ejuices and it still happens. I havnt gone to the doctor yet but i dont think he could help much because of how little science has involved itself so far with vaping. The things i know is that the ejuice is exactly 0 nicotine and i tried ejuices i used to use and it still is happening. Its gotten so bad that i ended up having a smoke and it didnt happen. I am worried because if this keeps happening im going to end up back on cigarettes. If anyone else is having this issue i want to hear your opinion on this. My e-juice has always been 70VG 30PG and still is. I also dont have a PG allergy and am not sensitive to PG.

Drink more water. vaping can dehydrate you. It's common to feel lightheaded if you are chain vaping too. Also, depends on the how hard you are hitting it. I get light headed sometimes when I am cloud chasing and I have been vaping for 7 years.
Reminds me of playing the passout game when I'm was a kid. Repeated deep breaths until passing out and friends would catch the person as they fell.
I get lite headed if I chain vape for a bit, even on my zero nic juices. I do have to watch it when I vape my nicotine juices because I will get a headache if I hit it for too long.
