Serious Question that's really bothering me..... I've never been addicting to anything in my life but cigarettes.. And I'm NOT thinking of going back, so no worries (breathe everyone)...But..... I've been out of my ADV for almost 2 weeks now and I find that I am a bit cranky...Well, alot cranky.. Which leads me to believe that I may actually be addicted to it? Seriously? Don't get me wrong, I have a few other good juices here, so i don't think its a nicotine issue. I DO NOT want to be addicted to anything ever again.. Getting off cigs was one of the hardest things I've ever done.. Ranked right up there with natural childbirth. I am throwing around the idea that maybe (small maybe) I should stop vaping?? CALM DOWN...even if i did, I would still be a huge part of this community, but what are ya'lls thoughts??

FWIW, I don't think you are addicted to the juice in the conventional sense. I have noticed that after about 30, most people get into routines and any deviation from those routines causes the symptoms that you are describing.

I tend to agree..It's my morning coffee (and everything else vape). And I don't like 0 nic juice (no offense anyone) but it tastes different.. I was down to 3 cigs a day when i quit.. I enjoy vaping but don't want to be dependent on it.. Lord, I don't want to be dependent on anything. My son, tried to change the livingroom furniture around once.. I damn near had a coronary.. Hmmm, maybe I just don't like change. What do they say about old dogs?

Routines take 28 days to set. If you've been using the ADV for 28 days or more consecutively I'd say its a routine, rather than an addiction and changing up that routine is what has made you cranky. Addiction & dependence are two entirely different animals which most fail to recognize, especially in the treatment fields. Dependence - your body's physical manifestation of the need to fill a receptor in the brain. Addiction - the body's mental & physical manifestation of needing more and more of something to overcome the physical dependence on whatever the substance is.
And addicts tend to be willing to do anything to get more of whatever it is they're craving. I would say you're probably just upset about the routine being changed by your favorite not being there. Think of it like wanting something very specific for a meal, and then something interferes in your ability to get that item you wanted for dinner, you're going to possibly be cranky because you couldn't get what you wanted, and as such whatever you replaced that craved food with, just isn't enough to satisfy your brain in terms of the craving.
I fully understand you on not wanting to be addicted to anything again, mine wasn't smoking, I vape for flavor to lose weight, but I've had to come off a few different prescription medications over time, and there's one that doctors love to prescribe without any warning that the dependence and subsequent withdrawal from it has been reported as worse than many stronger medications in the same class, which is disturbing when you think about it.

I fully believe that. I have a customer who has requested a custom pouch for one and I'm like it weighs a small ton, putting almost anything I normally use on it would be a bad idea so I'm having to increase the size and tweak it several times to make it work.Random thought....why is the itaste VTR so damn heavy? I dropped it on my foot yesterday and thought I had broke my toe. My fucking toe still hurts.
