Ordered the mod today, spoke to them can fit a dinky plus bottle an feed tube if so wish, finding them easier to slot bottles in than trying to get the tube onto end of posative bf pin,
Just need the mod make 18650 battery tube to be ordered,

the squonk going up over the air holes concerns me.
Did not run out on them but then they do not use 50/50 juice either....
I suspect with thinner juices and maybe in hot weather it might run out all over.
Aside from that possible issue it looks good to me.
But then that is just my guesstimate....
Depends on clones you Ordered some are pretty dam good which is subjective to each user.
we hit a point now
where nothing is dramatically better in flavour
than whats out already.
Its more about now
how easy it is,
to achieve the desired results your looking for
/ want or not,

Not a squonk but recently got a couple of original Merlin RTA's. Came highly recommended.
Was very disappointing with the first build I put in.
Second one was a bit better. Tried with and without the air restrictor.
About my 5th build and coil placement I hit the Ah ha moment.
Very nice vape now for ME and I will prolly order a couple more while I can still get them.
Of course no matter the build some attys do not suit me.
I had the same concern and asked Mike about that, since I use a thinner 65/35 ratio, and he said he was using 70/30 in his video.
One of my my favorite RDAs is the Drop (partly because the airflow is so smooth). It's airflow holes did a great job as keeping juice held back when I over-dripped. The channels on the Recurve airflow would probably be more effective than the Drops single.
I'd assume you don't have to squonk it that hard either. I think most of the reviewers were doing that as an example.
I got a Flave 22 and Haku clone, both with a PC/POM cap. I'm sure one, or both, will work great for me. But I love Wotofo so I would have preferred to support them over YTFK/SXK.
Over all, I was very surprised to see something like this from Mike Vapes...the guy who normally makes 'vapor production' an important part of his reviews lol. Mike also let it slip that he is working on at least one (maybe 2) squonk mods with Wotofo. Remember Wotofo's little Nudge Box is second only to the SQ in voltage drop...

Haku took a few different builds for me to like it,
Its easier to build than most,

The Kindbright Basic 1.0 is AWESOME. Flavor is killer, no leaking at all, airflow is damn near perfect for me.
I have an authentic Basic 1.1 on the way. REALLY looking forward to that.

They fit so well it's like they were made for it.
Refill bottle essential as i don't fancy trying to remove it with juice inside !!

I wasn't overly keen on the Haku at first either using my usual roundwire builds, once i tried it with a nice Ni80 fused clapton it really came to life and i can understand what all the fuss is about, really nice and swooshy airflow and lovely flavour!
I wasn't keen on the SXK Basic I was hoping it would be a really dense restricted vape like Le Concorde but it was nowhere near as nice.
Sentinal has a nice draw flavour to it but for some reason it would always deposit juice/condensation into my mouth no matter what i tried I'm sure it's something to do with the shape of the top cap.

I agree i don't mind the standard bottles in the Pico so easy to fill and the front squonk action works well. But if you were set on having silicone in your Pico this is by far the best and cheapest way of doing it.Yeah why I will just stick with the factory Pico bottles. And cheaper too

However in my Luxotic's the hard plastic bottle is terrible as you can't see how much liquid is left and due to the finner in the hole nature of it, the silicon bottles are a massive upgrade.
I'm just glad i didn't butcher my luxotic using the quick n dirty YouTube hack now as the new bottles are really nice and $5.99 for 3 is hardly expensive.

But yes I will keep using my .32 ea factory Pico bottles.
I carry 2 filled bottles in a 18500 battery case in my go bag with Kanger stoppers in them and can change one out at a red light in less than 1 min and everything stowed away.
I do NOT want to fool with the top filling of squonkers...
I can see why people using the poke yer finner in the hold sqounkers would want the softer bottles though.
But I only use edge squonkers.
And the firmer bottles are not an issue for me in them.

The super softies became critical for me last summer when I had the RA relapse, I could barely hold a vape, little lone squonk it
I'm almost back, a little weak in the hands but really got used to that super light touch
While the harder bottles no longer cause pain - it seems like a PITA to give it that little bit of extra oomph
Also got addicted to top filling - I timed it and it is faster and a lot less messy, but I really didn't like it at first. Now I feel wildly inconvenienced if forced to fill the bottle directly
I keep waiting for some mod-maker to notice the glow-fuel fill-port system and hack on into the loop ;-)

I am too tight assed to spend more on a top filling bottle than I did on the mod I am using it on
And something else to clean and one for each flavor?
But yes I see where the soft bottles are more necessary for some and just fashion of others.
