I really hate it, but Gottlieb has apparently partaken of the tobacco control koolaid... or at least tobacco control MONEY, since he's now identifying vapor products as "tobacco products" in his crusade against minors vaping. He keeps saying "no child should use any tobacco product." Which is identical to saying that no one under 18 should ever have sex, so we won't sell them condoms or prescribe birth control pills. Moralism doesn't solve ANYTHING.
