eGrip watt dial spins and spins

I just got an eGrip in the mail, charged it up and it looks like the watts dial may be broke so I don't want to fill it with juice yet. Is the dial on this device supposed to be able to keep spinning around and around? I mean you don't spin it to the left and it stops at the lowest watt setting , then you spin it to the right and it stops at the highest watt setting, it just keep going round and around. Also some of the youtube models have watts numbers on the dial mine just has a 20 and 4 dots on it.

There's nothing wrong with your eGrip, there are no stops on the dial. The smallest dot is 8 watts and goes up from there with larger sized dots equaling more watts.
