Good evening fellow vapers, tonight I am reviewing the latest from Geekvape, the Ammit MTL RDA.

Over this past year I have noticed more and more vapers asking for MTL tanks and they have slowly been showing up. So vapers have never heard of the term Mouth-to-Lung, which is a persons personal vaping style, normally, you hear more of Direct-to-Lung.
Well, this one is a little surprise in a big package, a MTL RDA, yes, RDA. Well, one would think, you can just use a 510 drip tip adapter, use a smaller build, and turn the wattage way down. Well, Geekvape seems to have solved that problem by designing a RDA that comes with 2 smaller build clapton coils, a single deck, adjustable airflow, and several different drip tips.

I received the Gold for this review, and it is as gold as it could possibly be. Here it is pictured atop the Aegis Legend.
Measuring in at 38.3mm tall, 22mm in diameter at the base, and 20.6mm at the top cap, the Ammit MTL RDA is a petite RDA, definitely pocketable for those on the go.
Included in the package I received was;
1 x Ammit MTL RDA
3 x Drip Tips
1 x Tri-Tool
2 x Clapton Coils(the coil I used from the 2 coils provided registered at 0.49 on the Ageis Legend)
Spare Orings and Grub Screws
1 x Gold plated BF 510 Pin( for those looking to squonk)
Here's where the Ammit MTL RDA has its big package, They are calling it a 3D Airflow System.
The Ammit MTL RDA has 6 holes aligned on the side of the top cap, the 6th is on the opposite side, with 2 internal airflows located on the bottom of the juice well.
The Ammit MTL RDA utilizes a 2 chambered system so that the air flow is drawn in from the top cap down inbetween the outer and inner caps, and then up from under the build deck.
Here is a view of how the coil sits inside the single build deck. The coil sits in a good spot just in the middle where you are going to receive all the airflow this RDA is going to need.
The only issue that I seemed to have with the deck is the phillips head grub screws, the tool provided fits the screw heads, but the heads themselves seemed as though they were going to strip out.
What really stuck out when looking at all the goodies, you know, all the extras that come inside these GV boxes, 3 Drip Tips, yes, 3. Most companies just send a 510 drip tip adapter.
All 3 drip tips that I received were the standard black. As pictured above, you receive 2 that actually thread into the top cap adapter and the 3rd, taller drip tip comes with its own Orings that just press into the top cap.
The Drip Tips measure out at:
3mm ID x 9.94mm at the widest part x 8.24mm tall
2mm ID x 8.26mm at the widest part x 12mm tall
2mm ID x 12.84mm at the bottom x 7.91mm at the top x 20.30mm tall
The paint finish on the Ammit MTL RDA is very well done, i even tried scratching it with my finger nail and the marks just rubbed right off. The top portion of the RDA is a shiny, chromed color which does show finger prints.
The adjustable top airflow is adjustable to make for a personal, tighter draw depending on the users style of vaping and the MG of liquid used. The airflow ring is not a free floating type, once you have it set at the desired amount of airflow, this ring is not going to accidental spin, it is staying put.
Performance wise it works really well. The draw for MTL is spot on, just as if you were using an analog cigarette, for those who have just made the switch to a smoke-free life, and still looking for the flavor. I thought at first that I wouldn't see much flavor coming from a smaller 22mm single coil RDA, but the majority of the RDA is the outer cap, so it really builds up the flavor inside the chamber.
The idea of having 3 different drip tips is a good idea since everyone has their personal preference and this RDA will accommodate 510 drip tips.
If you are a mouth to lung user looking for a simple RDA that is easy to maintain, provides effective, tighter within a smaller 22mm deck then you may want to checkout the Ammit MTL RDA.
