Something on age restrictions needs to change. You can join US military at 17 so either raise it or lower restriction on every thing else. If you can die for your country you should at least have the same freedoms as everyone else. Bullets are much more harmful to your health than booze, cigarettes, and vaping combined

"Just to clear the record. It is a FACT that vaping is 95% safer than smoking cigarettes. It is a GOD SEND that these devices are keeping kids from picking up the MUCH MORE HARMFUL traditional tobacco cigarettes. When looking at the increase in teens vaping, one also must look at the decrease in cigarette smoking to get a clear picture. I really wish our children did not do either one, but they are going to experiment, because that is what teens do. Having a cow about it is not going to help the situation. But at least be honest and explain that nothing they inhale into their lungs is going to be safe and can effect them long term. I agree 100% that we should TRY to keep these from teens, but not by making them harder to get for adults. "

Very good - if I was a commenter, I'd of tossed in comments about the lameness of some of their shit; having raised kids myself, teenagers are grumpy a lot, didn't mean they were jonesing for a vape, lol. And the red eye thing and excessive thirst? PULEEEESE, flat our ridiculous

It is right up there with craving pizza after "vaping" and trance music sounding good all of a sudden. Its just complete bullshit. If the article had said anything about THC in it, then it could have been lifted from xxxxxx madness.

Im more worried about them idolizing neckbeards and hipsters. Kids are going to experiment with everything. Themselves, others, booze, drugs, smoking, insert worrying thing here. I would hate to see them come home with more than one of the following things:

- Skinny jeans
- Scarf
- Waldo hat
- Handle bar mustache (no other facial hair)
- Unkempt beard
- Trucker hat
- Record bag
- 8mm video recorder
- 35 mm film camera or polaroid (actually any film camera at this point beyond needs for a high school journalism class)
** Edit** Adding the following items
- Anchor tats without being Navy
- Any Bukowski book or literature not required for school
- Other hipsters
- Gutterpunks

In fact the last two might cost them their life. That kind of behavior will not be tolerated. No one brings children into the world to become useless piles of fake ironic trash.

I thought it was great, and was really pleased to see that SOMEONE posted some SENSE about this ridiculous article. My "child" is 30, and though he vapes, he's a dual user, and I really wish I could find a way to get him to leave the damn clove cigars alone. But he's been an off and on smoker since he started, at age 19, so i don't think he's yet seen the drastic consequences of smoking, in his own health, the way that decades-long-smokers, such as myself, have seen. I really hoped he might not have to, but maybe he does, to impress on him the importance of vaping INSTEAD of smoking.

It is when you are trying to refill a pod device and you end up getting 25mg/ml nic eliquid in your eye.

I know this because it happened to me yesterday :facepalm:

So NO bloodshot eye's is NOT caused by vaping.

I had one single bloodshot eye

If your kid rolls into the house with one bloodshot eye you have way bigger problems because that means there is a 99% chance they are either snorting something extremely illegal and bad for them or they have pink eye.

When I was a kid, my little brother would tell my Mom that red eyes were from drinking beer. She would say “why are your eyes red?” He: “rubbing them” Mom: “what’cha been rubbing them with, beer cans?”
