Thanks! I know it's a high price so figured out of range for most. I sold A LOT of stuff to get it myself.

Regarding the Rev. 3, a guy by the name of JG Cthreepo does lipo DNA 60 conversions. Not sure of pricing though but I think it would be worth it.

Just a heads up, if you're ordering the SXK from 3fvape - I got mine with a scratch on the top, and after over a week of back and forth with them, first offering me $2 store credit, then $4, this is the response I got just now.3fvape.PNG

I like the mod and I can live with the scratch rather than send it back and be without one for weeks, especially since I just sent my other main mod off for powdercoating, but this is a fucking ridiculous customer service response.

Yes is does. It actually takes different coils depending on what bridge ( coil adapter) you use. Nautilus coils, Kanger coils, Kanger rba and if you purchase a separate boro(tank) you can use the Atlantis type coils. Also a few other rba's available. You can get condensation plugs that have different airflow options from MTL to dl

Sounds really good, i'd mainly use the RBAS but i do have loads of spare nautius coils. I had my eye on a rev one on ebay but it's gone now. I dint have money when it was on sale. Some people say don't use ebay but i have a couple of good sellers. The person who had it for sale sold me a couple provaris :)

Weak sauce. Unfortunately that's how most of these places work. Fasttech, Gearbest, HOTECIG all make you do the same song and dance. That's the tradeoff for the cheap prices I guess.

Yeah i wasn't impressed i normally use cremedevape for high end an ecigone for cheaper stuff an they both take about 5 days!

I recently had a clusterfuck of a time with Fastech over a leaking mod on arrival. The way I see it, most of the China websites have zero customer service, you have to be willing to have something arrive and be DOA and be ok with it. If you are tenacious enough to get something out of them, that's a bonus.

It would piss me off to get a brand new mod and it have a scratch in it. Having said that, my one month old SXK BB already has a small ding in it. Reminds me of the story of a guy that would scratch his car with a key whenever he picked up a new car from the dealer. He did it so he wouldn't be worried about his new car getting scratched. :giggle:

Not sure about shipping options to the UK, but for Canada I always choose the E-packet option which depending on the total amount of the order can be a couple dollars extra or even free for upgraded shipping. Never waited more than two weeks or so with the upgraded shipping.

Working crazy some days. Got some ssocc coils in yesterday. Haven't used them yet. Figure I'll empty the boro first. Easier that way

In the UK you can get an SXK BB DNA60 clone w/USB, and extra boro tanks and the different RBAs without having to wait for CHINA from NatureVape for prices relatively comparative to the Chinese sites, without the waiting, misery, customs tax and uncertainty of buying from China:

The owner has a few YT videos on the BB, and seems to be a big fan.

I would not get any BBs that use a battery smaller than 18650 (any prior to Rev4) since the other cells will be harder to source now, and have much less runtime battery life than 18650s.

In Canada, you have Gas City Vapes (really nice folks, and where I got my first BB from) and The Vapourist (but rude to me via email), both have the SXK BB clones.

Were I to buy another, I'm going with Gas City Vapes. From order to delivery was 9 days to NJ USA last time. Really helpful folks there when I called on the phone a few times to ask questions, so they are high on my list. :)

Yea, I saw the misery in the thread on /ecr.

Sorry this happened to you. At least you have a working BB. If the cosmetics bother you, you can always get a j-wrap or zapwrap for it.

My first BB has desk rash on the bottom and scratches around the boro hole, and scratches on the top, and it's only been out of the house once, and even then it was in a leather case the whole time...

I dont worry about it now, it's working like a strong mule and I'm not really in it for the looks, but I agree that new, out of the box, something should not be imperfect and 3F is bad for their response to this problem.

Par for the course, I guess.

If I were to dig in to RTAs again, likely I'd be looking at a KFv5 clone, and the new EHPro Mod 101 Pro that just came out, which takes 18650, 20700 and 21700 batteries...

Problem is that the whole setup is going to be like 220mm+ tall, and will feel like having a lightsaber in my hand. I'll have to get one of the triple-D cell Maglight belt holsters to carry the thing around LOL.

Right now the RBA head in a Kanger TopBox Mini is still serving me well. If I want to blow massive clouds, I have Geekvape Zeus that works well too.

EDIT: they also include what looks like a copy of the TroyPlug, with different inserts for modular afc.

They also have anti-condensation drip-tips, leather cases for the BB (and Pico Squeeze v1), modular afc condensation plugs similar to the TroyPlug, as well as a thing called the 'Boro Tank Save' that appears to be a container to hold one or three boro tanks with a magnetic cover (in all different color combos, which looks handy for traveling with your BB kit and protecting the boro tank).

The only thing I dont see them offering is panels LOL.

All prices are in Euro, but seem to be inexpensive for BB accessories compared to most I've seen.

Yeah, not going the 18650+ route with RTAs... mostly looking at 18350 mods like the Satburn and older Gus mods...

Here is your example...well sort of... its an 18500 Satburn with KF next to a 18350 ;)

Mods not much longer than your middle finger...and 1100mAh 10a battery (Mooch tested) more than adequate life and going to assume a better vape experience due to being able to utilize 16-22mm RTAs.

Both the Gus/Satburns are about $90, pick up 4 vapcell 350's for $20...clone RTAs ($20 a pop or less) or authentic RTAs and still be under half the cost of the Authentic BB.

I Like the BB well enough...but its coming on 9 days since I've used it...21 more days and it ends up being sold lol

Well I did take it with me out and about yesterday for 6 hours...but I didn't vape it during those 6 hours... wanted to, but the moments never materialized.

Still holding out for the modfactory bridge to arrive...but if that proves to be shit...I'm afraid my time with the BB will come to an end.

Thanks for the reply and info. Which RTAs are those in your two photos here^ ?

Once I get the stank out of the bottles for my recently received Pico Squeeze v1, I plan to see if that will end up being my 'out of the house' device. Cant beat it for the size. Wasp Nano or Nudge 22 on top and it's smaller than the BB.

I can live with it being non-adjustable, mosfet and direct-output device, esp given the size.

Beautiful mechs, Satburns have one of the nicest switches. It looks like the 18350 version is sporting the Animodz Pitbull, fantastic flavor chasers RTA ;)
