Hey guys. Just wanted to share a negative experience my girlfriend had today while ordering me some Xmas flavors and supplies.

The vendor in question is ecigexpress.

She ordered a pretty large order and then told me there was a flavor she didn't see on their site, so I could suggest somewhere else to get it. I knew they had the flavor as I had seen it the day before. The flavor was not showing on their site at all HOWEVER a Google search would yield a result showing they did indeed carry the flavor and it was in stock. She called them to get this item placed on her previous order so we didn't pay shipping twice, once for an order of one 10 ml bottle of flavor.

The people from ecigexpress confirmed that there was something wrong with the site, and for some reason this particular flavor did Not show up on their site by way of internal search or browsing, but could be found with Google search.

Despite their site malfunction they simply refused to let us pay for the bottle and waive the shipping cost (which was more than the bottle its self). The first order was not even shipped yet! The suspervisor even had the balls to ask my girl "is paying a couple dollars extra really a problem?".

With the huge amount of vendors available, and having had satisfying results interacting with several of them already (tfa and bull city and wiZard labs come to mind), I will never be using this particular one again. What a joke.

I had a similar experience with them... I just forgot to throw an item on my list in the cart.
They did offer a 10% discount but that wouldn't really do much on a $3 order and $3 shipping.

Totally my fault and even though I got contact back from them a few minutes after my order and subsequent email to them they would not just charge me $3 and throw it in the envelope.

I did not argue or gripe because they do have a huge banner that can not be missed or misconstrued on the order page that says there is no way to changing the order once it's placed.

To me, that was fair. I didn't like it, but I really can't be mad at them.

No question the customer service at Bull City is much better, and I would order from them 100% of the time if I could. But sometimes there are flavors I've only been able to find at ECX, so I do continue to order from them, remembering that the cart is final. It's annoying, but their prices are reasonable and their shipping is fast.

Totally agree, it is such a small thing you would think they could stop the machine that doesn't seem to be up for any alterations and just hand a flavor bottle to the dude in shipping.
And it is probably a $1 cost for them that may have lost you as a customer over.

Sometimes companies can't see the forest for the trees.

I have used both sites mentioned above and had no problems. Maybe next time, make sure you have your order together, Site mess up of not. Smaller sites can have better customer service to do what you wanted. Bigger sites have more departments to deal with.

I will still us them as well as other sites.

I realize it wasn't the main point of your post, but I've seen that that a couple times with ecx.

I've had a couple issues with ecx, that's why they are on my naughty list.

i do know they are trying to remove unsafe flavors for us that vape.. maybe that is why i was not showing up?

Wow... Aren't you normally one of the people who *doesn't* automatically resort to bitching about stuff? HiC is a VALUED member here, for many reasons. He's contributed plenty to these boards. He's also contributed to this conversation already. Maybe you are the one with your head in your ass.

IF ECX did not have fast shipping, one state away, semi ok pricing and all the flavors in stock that I want and use... I would be saying fuck them..

And HIC I agree with the LMFAO also as a response since they ECX does carry the full line of FW.

Wow...I just assumed yur response was a poor attempt at humor. It never occurred to me it was a straight-out bitchy comment on a post you clearly totally misunderstood.

The flavor in question was organic Ginger by nf. I'm not sure. Either way the way they handled it was poor to begin with and then asking "so you can't spend a couple dollars more for shipping" was the deal breaker for us. No more orders. The ladies name was rose if anyone was wondering.

Thanks for the info, @DarthVaper419. I'll make sure they don't get even SOME of my money. I know I would be royally pissed if a vendor asked me for more money after I was trying to give them some in the first place. /majorAssHatVendor

Don't mind @tick22 and @vaperature. It's past their bedtime, and they get cranky when they don't have their meds. LoLoL

i have had a few i couldnt find on there, and that was the explanation they had given me.

second.. if you aren't happy with a rep, ask for someone else. use your head when conducting business such as spending your funds.
if you arent happy with a company, no.. dont spend your money.. wow.. surprised you let the transaction even go thru if you were not happy.

this thread might have been talking on nf ginger.. but the main purpose was that they were not happy with a phone conversation, from ecx..

Those flavors (there are others) have always been FlavourArt Kitchen Magic flavors - NEVER marketed as e-cig flavors by FA. They have ALWAYS had a warning on FA's website.

It's fine and dandy to sell anything out there. And ecx does sell just about anything! I can link to many other examples. In the case of the cooking oil (FA Oregano is another example of that), ecx is literally marketing in conflict with the manufacturer's own warnings and product lines.

This thread started in the review section...also, the original order was already through. The rude lady was "the someone else". Do you work for ecx? Lol

nopes i do not work for ecx, nor any other company.. not a fan girl, either. :)

both of these posts.. did they ship the order out already, or was it still being processed?
the impression I got was it was still in progress, based on the very first post..
and i only pointed out i had no issues in the last 8 of my transactions on getting them to merge an order..

i only know what all was posted here..
if i had been that unhappy, i'd have cancelled the entire order, or..
talked with someone else from the company..
until i was happy..

like i keep saying, i hate you had a bad experience..

doesnt make it my fault, or that i am an employee.. just that I felt bad for the situation..
