stay away from 3f vape

i really need help so my boy asked me if i could buy him few tings on 3fvape wich i did slow on 24 hr items with excuses so i put his name on the order n used my adress so we get packages that where opend not by customs bc the oder nevr went thru cusoms in ny jfk airpot some one had green customs tape stole the gear wich was 300 63 bucks worth of gear and 3f vape lied saying my items where confiscated by cusoms wich they where not bc i would have gotten a letter i even called up customs n supervisor looked at tracking wich i did to n it went thru usps facility 3f vape is refuseing to refund me n telling me they want to give me 20 bucks in credit

Quit buying your probably underage son things on 3F!
Educate yourself so you communicate more effectively.
Quit bashing vendors for situations that are out of their control.

You're so mad it's hard to understand what you typed. You mean the items you picked shipped in 24 hours? Why would putting his name and your address help gets stuff any easier? But if I'm reading correctly you got empty boxes delivered? Seems to me if customs didn't take your stuff I'd be looking at the USPS service for theft. You should take the info you got from the customs supervisor saying it went through customs and arrived at your house empty. And it had to go through customs somewhere. New York ICS or Florida something.

^^^ This....customs certainly won't admit any wrongdoing, you can bet on it. The vendor completed their obligation when they packaged the merchandise and sent it out the door. From that point on, they're like the rest of us and count on "professionals" to actually do their jobs and take it to its destination. Someone definitely dropped the ball, but it wasn't 3F.

I've ordered from them many times, no issues whatsoever. I did order the new Steam Crave Titan mod from them in early July and gave up and canceled the order a couple weeks ago, but it wasn't 3F dragging their feet, it was the manufacturer that kept pushing the release date back. I'll continue to order from them, for sure.

Just checked my history at 3F. Since 2015 I have placed 24 orders. Not only did every order arrive in a decent time period for delivery, I do not remember even one item arriving DOA or damaged. I'm not sure about the future considering the economic and political climate, but if needed and available they will probably be my number one go to in China.

I buy from 3f all the time. Never a problem. I they sent your items, then they did what they were supposed to. If they offer you credit, be happy. Take it up with USPS.

no he dosent have credit card or pay pal his info was sotlen year back hes just recovering .asked me if i can do it n have it sent to my place bc at first i really didnt want to. ya know so i agreed. put his name his name and my adress n picked out he wanted things where on 24 hour list deal was after i got the stuff hed offerd to buy me some thing but what happend .happend

It seems it's still USPS issue. I ordered a Gloom the clone from them. Supposed to ship 8/31 and the supplier had shipping issues so it didn't ship until 9/12. Sometimes that happens even if it says ships in 24hrs.

there was no letter from customs from 3f order my frist time i orderd from greece and the letter stated reason why my stuff was taken was be cuase it was under valued n i had to pay to get it

It would be easier to quote who needs to eat a dick. Seems people are give you options. Not what you want to hear so you're probably just fucked. Did you use PayPal or your credit card? Maybe can file a claim with PayPal. Just don't say vaping equipment. Say electronic equipment or something.

i called jfk customs they said they dont use the olive green us custom n border patrole tape. and my stuff never went thru customs went thru a usps facility . n im not bashing vendors ignorance is a bliss man you own a bissness if some thing happens u have to own up n help customer ul be gone in a snap if it happens often. ive orderd plenty of stuff from china never had this happen what so ever .

What does your tracking say? Most times it leaves Hong Kong to the US. So your saying it shipped customs and went to your local office. Maybe it went through Florida ics. But it has to come through customs somewhere.

used my pay pal account. n my credit card is tied to it but pay pal was beeing fkin redic with wanting me to wait 20 days. when they never act dum . i buy from from ebay often but now my creit d cards involved n idk wtf they r doing but looks like they dont care. i never got package like this missing items in my life first time its happend.

Every PayPal has a card linked somewhere. Your card info will be fine. Probably have a policy of waiting a certain amount of time. Not sure man. Hope you get it worked out

I'm confused. You ordered a cheap mod from 3fvape in China, but the mod is an expensive mod from Greece. When the package arrived, the mod was gone and the package was covered with green tape. The tape said Customs & Border patrol on it. You then were able to pick up the mod at customs after you paid the difference. That it? Got pictures?

Two different orders I'm pretty sure.one from Greece was taken by customs and received a letter from customs. The 3f was just taken by someone

i think on the way here it was takin .usps said they dont have acess to that tape . i tryed to file a claim it wont let me . not bashing any vendors i orderd from steam crave it self no probs geekvape coilmaster. alli express to never had this happen . just from day one excuses n then this why have 24 items if ur not shiiping fast idk the hole situation is wird to me i hope i am wrong tho .
