That’s the first post I could read.
I just googled that and you're right. Couldn't get a solid answer as to whether is is before or after customs though.

All the China vendors including FastTech put an under value on the package, which sucks if you have to make a claim.
With the tariffs starting, I bet the $300+ package was flagged as only showing a $20 value.
You should have been given the chance to pay anything owed tho.
FastTech is good about replacing orders, but you have to wait, sometimes 60 days.
In the future I will only place multiple small orders.

Here is the reality of the situation. You ordered from China, they shipped your stuff and something happened to it along the way. I am no shill for 3fvape and have ordered from them many times, mostly without issue and they always seem to do right. After having numerous packages seized by customs from a multitude of vendors, they always seem to know when it was seized and replaced it. They might drag it out a while, but it gets replaced.
I'm not saying you did anything wrong and your situation certainly sucks. Looks like you might get screwed and that would piss off anyone but it is a risk we all take when ordering shit on the internet. I find it hard to believe you cannot get a credit from the vendor or open a case with Paypal and get a dispute going. One could reasonably assume that providing images of a box with customs tape around it would be a clue and provide an avenue to get some recourse. I am assuming if you haven't made any headway in getting your situation remedied, it may be in your approach. Much like how you came into this forum and almost immediately started attacking people because you didn't get the response you expected. There is an adage "You will catch more flies with honey than with vinegar". This holds true with almost everything. 3fvape is thousands of miles away in China. Most of my chats with them were obviously put through Google Translate or something similar. I would reckon with your terrible spelling, atrocious sentence formation and appalling lack of communications skills, you might be creating a language barrier and they probably can't translate your dribble and semi retarded sentences into anything usable. Spell check is free dude. Highly recommend it.
But the thing that I find more curious than anything is that you received an empty box. Generally customs seizes the entire box. In the dozen or so packages that I have had grabbed up, the package just never showed up. Not saying that other things cant happen but this has been a pretty consistent experience in that regard.
