Royal Mail Packets FTWI sent a package to Ohio and tracking currently says it's on its way to Australia
I'm in KY. I dropped some flavoring in the package drop Friday NIGHT, it got to my friend in CA Monday. I see so many horror stories about USPS. Please don't hate me... I just haven't had these issues. I'm real sorry everyone has to go through this. I'd be pissed, too.

Perhaps I got a reply from the post office today telling me they can't be sorry enough and that the foreign office in which it arrives will usually pass it on to its correct destination. Apologies aren't worth anything reallyIt's just soaking up a little sun before it makes it to the cold damp state known as Ohio
THIS....is exactly the answer I got about my order from Nov. that got lost.Still no sign of my package,no updates, nothin.Haha lucky. I got a call from the post office saying they dont know where my stuff is and that they cant help me.
Been getting the same run-around myself for days...my $500 package may or may not be on its way to Hong Kong...Haha lucky. I got a call from the post office saying they dont know where my stuff is and that they cant help me.
I don't doubt this, and it sucks for vendors. Having operated an online business in the past I know how you get inundated with emails regarding shipping, when once it's out of your hands, you're unable to control anything, and know just as much as the customer. The only time I tend to contact a vendor is if it's stuck on "Shipping Label Created" as then it is a possibility it hasn't been dropped off yet. I did receive an order that went from that status to delivered recently, though. Was about to contact the vendor that night, too. We've seen a lot of delays and a lot of weird reporting to USPS from our shipments. We've seen deliveries that are supposed to go to Cali reach New Jersey first, then over to California shipping from Texas. We've also seen deliveries that never update their tracking and just appear in the customers mailbox.
Don't remember if I mentioned this. I was delivered two packages for someone else's address recently. I just did USPS's job for them myself and delivered them. Hit and miss at best, but cheap. They delivered ANOTHER package to the WRONG house. TWICE IN A FUCKING WEEK. ARE THEY BRAINDEAD???
Sounds like a formal complaint is in order. That's totally fucking unacceptable, even for the USPS.They delivered ANOTHER package to the WRONG house. TWICE IN A FUCKING WEEK. ARE THEY BRAINDEAD???
If it came from across the sea, and went through customs in Chicago, good luck getting it before Christmas. Had a package at customs for a week, and took 3 days to leave the post office.I've got 2 orders sitting in Chicago atm. They've been there for 8 God Damned days! One is my wife's xmas present. It better fucking get here before xmas. Santa's letter should have been sent via email.
Man that would annoy me! I once chased a delivery van up the road because I thought he just drove off but it turned out he left it with my neighbour lolFedEx though...that's another story. Lived in 3 different houses over the past 15 years and it was hard getting a delivery from them at each one. I could sit in my living room and watch out the window as a FedEx truck pulled up, sat for a few seconds, then drove off. Would look at the online tracking and see "delivery attempted, recipient not home" when the driver didn't even bother to get out of the truck.
