Stillare V2 RDA clone by Ehpro

This is my very first RDA. Since I have started vaping I have been trying to chase the effect of smoking, and trying to find what products gives the best result. Nothing comes close to an RDA and so for the last month and half I have been warping my own coils chasing the clouds.

I just got my first RDA today as well for the same reason. I'm going to go back to the store this week. They have a board set up so you can practice installing the coils and all. It's like 15 dollars. I'll ask if he makes them or if it's sold anywhere. Good luck with your RDA.

building coils is easier than it looks. Once you have done a couple you will pick it up fast.
It took me forever to try and within a day, I was good and only got better. Nothing fancy, just single, then duals and now twisted. not sure I will go into quads but you never know. just make sure you get a ohm meter for home.

If you want to buy pre-made coils for dripping, alot of sites have them.

I was wondering if it was the way my could were done. The guy at the shop did them for me to show me how, but even the drip tip gets really hot and I have it down to 8.5w from the 18i started at. Is that normal or do I just hit it too often

depends on what your coil is reading. The lower the ohm, the hotter it can become. I find .2 or lower is just too hot for me. I do about .5 to .8 for dripping and 1.3 to 1.5 for kayfun. which is good enough for me.

The wattage does affect how hot it is, but the coil ohmage really does as well.

Maybe with more experience could explain it better to you.

My ohm is right at .3 . I know a bit about electric, though not enough clearly. Enough from working on building houses.

.3 will give you a hot vape. sorry. try lower your wattage down to 6, lower if you have to, and maybe work up til you find a nice comfortable vape.

oh what gauge wire you using. not that makes that much of a difference, still....

good luck...

Ugh. No one should be installing 0.3ohm coils on a device for someone that is new.
That shit pisses me off. /rant
Anyway, what device are you using?
1.2v should barely be producing vapor, let alone that hot...

I'll have to go back to the place where I bought it and see if he can show me how to coil it so the ohms are higher. My Ephro Mars only goes down to 7w

I have a 0.3ohm build on my sigelei, 10w 1.9v. Less vapor than a cigalike. Definitely not anywhere near "warm".

2 puffs off mine at 7w and it will burn your lips off. I'm going back to the shop today and redo it because I need to shop anyway

I was seeing if maybe it would just take time to break in. I guess it doesn't work that way. I can use it if I just take short hits. Regardless the mod is still more fun and much more take with my kanger on it. I'm sure he'll re do it for me, but I'm going to get myself an ohm meter (any suggestions) and some wire and cotton. Any specific wire brand or anything I should ask for?
