what way do you go about converting standard TCR values to percentages?

so my mod uses an FSK chip and setting up a particular tcr value with it means using a % instead of a normal number....im trying to use SS316L so i know im supposed to start with the tcr value for that wire and go from there but im terrible at math and could really use some help guys....

hey man thanks for the reply! however temp control is actually really important in this particular scenario.
