I think I saw Dr. Crimmy and a few others offer the exact same thing but good idea anyway. I'll check out the site.

You do not need to purchase anything to get the free juice, just pay the shipping and handling.

Now if you order the 10 bottles, just add another 10 in there and you will get them for free. Just make sure they are the same size.

Okay I've been messing around with the site and three things:

First, I can't find any way to clear my cart or delete a product from my cart. Very confusing.

Next, your shipping is way too much. It's trying to charge me $11 shipping on three bottles of juice. I can't figure out how much the shipping would be on one 15ml bottle of juice because I can find no way to clear anything out of my cart.

Finally, you only accept PayPal? You do know that PayPal has a problem with e-cigs, right? That's very risky both for you and for your customers since PayPal wouldn't honor any dispute and would most likely shut you down immediately upon receiving a complaint.

OK finally figured out how to clear out the cart. Took me a while. So you are charging $7 shipping for a 15ml bottle of juice? Really? So how exactly is it free if i'm paying $7 for it. Thanks anyway.

That's really the oldest trick in the book, offering something free but then jacking up the postage so that you are actually paying for it. I'm surprised this person even attempted it on the likes of us.

Hey, well the juice is completely free, the reason the shipping is so high is because we are using USPS Priority so it ranges from $6 - $8, so on some we loose money but until our tech team can figure out the shipping module, we are charging standard.

Message me and I will more than happy to make you happy and have you try any one of our juices.

We are actually not jacking up the postage, I do not mind uploading images of reciepts from USPS, we are sending them the more expensive way.

Uh, why do I need it shipped priority? I'll tell you what, just ship it first class like everyone else does and charge me the $1.99 like everyone else does and I might consider taking you up on your offer. Otherwise the only way I see it is that I'm paying $7 for 15ml of juice which is the same thing I would be paying through Mount Baker shipping included or any number of other places.

I'm looking at this box that I received over the weekend, Priority Mail 2-Day shipping. In it was a mechanical mod and a dripper with some cotton and other stuff thrown in. I'd say it probably weighed close to two pounds. The charge on it is $5.25. So please tell me again why when I had three bottles of juice in my cart it was charging me $11 for postage.

so we got ours today, the mailman just dropped them off. first thing we noticed was the packages had been opened and resealed. presumably somewhere in transit. i havent had that happen since i was active with A.I.M. second thing we noticed was 6.99$ for shipping and the postage was 5.95$. the manufacture date is 12/1 so its had a couple weeks to steep, which bodes well (sorta). we shall see.

update: so far ,right out of the box, not impressed. into the steep box it goes and i'll get back to ya in a few weeks. its got a nice nose to it but the flavor just isnt there yet. not unexpected since it was made so recently, so im not really dissapointed. im thinking it just needs a little more steep time. its got potential.

Sorry for that confusion, what we have done now is just included free shipping and dropped the price for the 15ml or 30 ML to 6.99. This way you just pay for the bottle.

We have listened since most people did not like our grand opening special. We are going to be offering the 15 ML and 30 ML bottle for $6.99 with free shipping in the continental USA.

There was a time when ordering online was pretty much the only way to get liquids, short of driving the 100someodd miles to the nearest vapeshop. Sometimes even into the next state.
It was a gamble then,its a gamble now.
While some of us have had the luxury of having a shop on every corner from day one of thier vape adventure, the rest of us have not.
The hazzard is that you'll either like your liquid or you wont. Depending on who you order from you may be ordering again or you may be SOL.
These guys are at least making an effort at providing decent customer service where others may just say 'tough nookie'
The bottle of Grus i ordered just isnt coming around like i had hoped. That doesnt mean it a bad liquid or even a bad flavor. Its just not 'my' flavor.
My flavor profile usually tends to lean towards the heavy,thick,more savory type flavors.and the Grus just isnt falling into that mold.
Alienjuice has offered to replace the bottle but im not going to ask them to do that,i dont see this as being a quality issue that they would have had any real control over and as such not their fault and shouldnt be their problem.

So,all in all....
Cut them a bit of slack. It is a newer start up. There are bound to be some snafus in the early days and some growing pains. So far it looks like if you'll work with them they'll work with you.

Honestly,im not sure how long that promotion was meant to run. I ordered mine at the end of november.
However, at that time the way it worked for me was choose your liquid and go to checkout and put in the coupon code 'free30' for a 30 ml or 'free15' for a 15ml( since the shipping in the same for either bottle i wonder how many people went for the 15ml)
The shipping was calculated then.
How they have it working now i dont know.

Since most people were complaining about that, we just changed it. Free shipping but you can buy as many bottles as you want and/or size at $6.99 with free shipping.

The way the promo worked was any order over $50 would get free shipping or it would charge. Now we completely did away with the shipping charge and are offering free shipping on all orders. Does this make it easier for you?

I agree. Cut them a lot of slack. They can't make everyone happy that's just impossible There should have been no nasty comments with there first offer of free juice with just pay shipping. That was generous enough. Some people are so fucking nasty. If you don't want to pay for juice or shipping make your own dam juice
