Looking for NicQuid Gen 7 Clone

Trying to find a good clone for NicQuid Gen 7. I have no idea where to start on this because I don't normally mess with tobacco flavorings, but this one is pretty good. I did a search of recipes and didn't find it. If anyone has a clone they would share or if it's on here and I've missed it and can link it to me, I'd love to give it a shot. Thanks recipe and clone masters in advance.

1% jamaican rum tfa
1% apple cider vinegar

Thanks so much. And is that the "real" Apple cider vinegar? Sounds crazy! But you have a ton of recipes so I'm going to take your word for it!

Can some one describe what ACV does to flavours ? .. do you guys put it straight in the mix undiluted ?

It helps to boost certain flavors but I've only used it with Apple mixes.
Yes, I'm using it undiluted, I just put some in a 30ml bottle for easier use.
