Cotton ratio

Just a quick question, do you need more cotton than normal with staple variants? Or just staples in general?
Depends on the size of the coil and the depth-size of the juice channel or in an rda depending on the juice bed. Staples I like spreading apart a little bit not so close together to cover more surface on the cotton and also to get a faster wicking time.

There are many variants and it depends on the wattage you vape at and also the type of cotton.... All Cotton's do not vape alike !

And also the distance- length of the wick, how far does the juice have to travel to reach the coil ?

Also the thickness of the juice has to be calculated..... Thicker VG 80/20 wicks way slower than 70/30.

The material ramping time has to also be considered..... A SS 316L is going to ramp faster..... So it needs to wick faster......

Now take all the variants I mentioned and create an algebraic curve to calculate the difference between the staole variants.....

I also forgot ohmage of the coils, 1 or 2 coils and how many wraps of the coil.

So the answer is try anything and hit that shit until you find the correct wicking method !!!!!

It's all test and failure until you find a norm and a good vape.

Well i mean i already knew most of that, but i just havent tried stuffing cotton in there for some reason. It seems like staples can take more cotton for some reason. I dunno. Also, the juice im vaping currently is the alternativ line. If youve ever heard of it. Its very very good menthol fruits. 70/30. I looked in the ingredients a while ago and um, it says it has... 30% flavoring. Wtf. I feel like thats not good for you, at all

REMEMBER, Clapton coils were called SELF-WICKING before being named after guitar strings. A staple build being a variant of Claptons.
In theory the more wire in a coil the LESS wick you should need... as the increased strands of wire should increase NATURAL capillary wicking of the coil. But since we are also heating the wire, we need a bit more wicking ability to prevent DRY conditions. basically all coil types get wicked pretty much the same...single strand coil or some 10 wire work of art. I find.

Yeah, this is what I was trying to say.

Im looking at the purge back to basics v4 honestly. But im dreaming of the purge twizted distressed mod hahaha. Anyway, do any know what it is? Its 150. Whats the difference between the b2b, and the more expensive 300-400 ones? Supposedly its just as high quality. Theres just no carvings or anything. If you know what it is, whats your opinion on it?
