Well, guys, I gotta go tuck my aching body under the covers and hope the cats don't eat my face off (they all have cabin fever already - they're tearing this place apart).

Anyway, BS at ya tomorrow.
G'night Rich, see ya tomorrow my friend

How was your day?

Highlight of mine was blackened Mahi Mahi, with coconut shrimp for lunch.....

Not bragging, nor trying to hurt anyone's moral, but it was 75 and sunny again today.

Wow! Restaurants are REAL??? I heard a rumor that we might have some of those too, but the closest one is about 75 miles from my house. One of these days I'll have to check that out. :D
There are prolly over 10,000 within 75 miles of my Shaq.

yehh we are probably a bit spoiled
eating frozen sea food or seafood thats more than 24 hours dead is not something we do often
but not everyone has the sea a mile away

fresh is defiantly best .. but anything is better than nothing

i would likely be looking for fresh rattler if i was there

My buddy owns a chain of Hawaiian restaurants in the greater Phoenix area, the fish is flown here every morning, still kicking.

Just think Juice, soon you'll be casting for Mahi from your back door......:bingo:

I don't eat sea food at all, ever, ever, ever - cripes, I have red salmon in my stream (less than 20 feet from where I sit) right now as we speak and won't touch `em, lol

But, I'll be growing fresh produce year round, inside and out :) And fresh eggs everyday, again!

Used to keep chickens here but an ermine got the last of them a few years ago and we didn't replace them. It is very hard work to keep chickens year round up here :(

How do you feel about dogs? When we first got chickens, the foxes were eating them right and left. Then we got a Great Pyrenees (Jasper is a little over 100 pounds) and he protects those birds like they were his personal children. And he lives outside 24/7.

We had outdoor dogs at the time - but those damn ermine are sneaky and deadly little bastards

I had heard they were nasty, but I don't think we have any weasels out here. Prairie Dogs up the wazoo, but other than making so many holes in the ground that livestock break their legs in 'em, they don't do much. Just foxes and coyotes to worry about here and the Pyrs keep them away from our place.

if you have any methods to get rid of them we desperately need the ideas
some were bought here for a fur industry till some effwits from peta decided to free them all
and hence created our biggest wipeout of native birds

We also have foxes and coyotes, and bears and mink and lynx - wolverines too, but I've never seen one
