Remember each reviewer has their own preferences as to their style of vaping...without knowing what you like some reviews will not be helpful. You might want peruse the online stores to see what interests you in your price range, then search VU and see what other members say about them. Also search youtube for those reviews. If you have a good local vape shop you might get some recommendations. Some vapors like big clouds, some look for flavor, others like high wattage some don't. Welcome to vaping..... Your Mileage May Vary

Before you look at anything, Try and figure out what features are most important to you and which features you definitely don’t want.
Is small and compact more important than battery life?
Do you need 30w or 200w?

No one has to vape it but you, so don’t worry so much about a reviewers opinion. Worry more about what the device does and the manufacturers track record for quality.

um...i think safe is the most important thing for me. i have read some news about device explode. and of course i also like to get a fancy one. 200w big cloud sounded fun.
I did some research, i think Coilart's device is cool. what do you think about Coilart's quality?

Lol, most safety is on you.
Make sure you’re using good batteries, make sure your wraps are not torn, don’t carry around lose batteries (use a battery case), build within your batteries limits, learn ohms law, keep your batteries paird at all times, charge them together and discharge them together, buy the same batteries at the same time. —the above is 90% of safety.

As per coil art- I haven’t used their mods in a long time, but if memory serves they were pretty decent quality.

I just started back myself. I went online to see what fit me and what would give me to grow. You'll want a good chip set along with the ability to vape at low and high ohms. Most have this but not the small pens like an eGo.

Do not get into a mech mod since you're new at vaping. Save that for later.

Make sure you run great batteries and nothing like an Efest. I run only LG browns (18650 30a 3000mah), Sony VT6 or Samsung if need be. 20 amps is great and at bare min of 2500mah will do just fine and will give you plenty of battery run. Some mods come with built in. That's your choice but I rather not anymore. Others stated to learn your Ohms Law, please do since that's your safety net.

Pico or the Iconn (?) 220w will give you a start with room plus easy enough. Smoant Naboo is flashy but a nice mod if you like shiny. You don't have to overthink this at first. Get what is comfortable, expandable to further yourself in any atty and the right nicotine level and you'll stop smoking that day.

I used to go through 1-2 packs a day and started on 12mg, first time around I did 18mg then moved down to a 12mg then 9mg. This time and last. ...12mg with 6mg at night. If you find yourself craving for a smoke while vaping up your nic level. If you feel lightheaded, back down and lower the nic level. Drink plenty of water as well, hydrate!

Save building coils, diy juice for after you get the hang of it.

It's really not hazardous if you start with a regular atty, decent regulated mod, quality batteries and don't get ahead of yourself with building until you know the Ohm Law. Don't trust everything the vape shop tells you about the latest and greatest device either. Come to this page and watch plenty of reviews. ...:);)

It's fear mongering like that, that gives vaping a bad name. If you learn what you need to (ohms law) and battery saftey you'll be ok. Vape how you want. Not how ithers say you should. Some people hear will tell you series at 180watts is best. It's the best for them. You gotta do your research and find the vape that's best for you. But please stop with the I don't wanna die just to vape. That's rediculous

Great advice

Thank you. Just tried to remember my first few times back in 2012 to what all I went through plus tons of wasted money. I was already educated this time around. Never would I want anyone to spend $40 on an eGo with a small bottle of juice thrown in as a freebie...:)

You're more than welcome. I just listed what helped me out to begin with and what worked. Guess I scored high when I first started since I was inducted into doing commercials and interviews.

I just cannot stand seeing others not knowing and possibly messing up or getting "sold" into something not worthy. My initial purchase a few years back was about $75 an eGo along with juice plus a few cartomizers that were total junk. eGo alone was $40 then a small bottle of juice with purchase. Then I realized it was a huge mistake. Had a good mod within about 2 weeks. You go with a mod that as you learn you can also advance in, nothing like being duped as a beginner. For many I'd even suggest for those that are savvy to go buy a RDTA/RTA in which you can buy the coils at first then move into building. This takes out buying another atty and you save even more. Some just don't care to build and that's fine too. Just options.

Ps - I'm actual more like a Sis than a Bro. Got a good laugh at it. :)
