Why didn’t I get one of these sooner?

Have you tried the version 1.5 rda yet?

I have but I think I’ve either got my coils placed wrong or I’m over wicking because I’m not getting a lot of flavor. I messed with it for a few minutes but I was so enamored with the mech that I slapped the Dead Rabbit on and set the rda aside until I’m ready to switch Squonk rda’s and then I’ll put in some work with it.

I gotta tell ya, the first Bonza was/is great for me. That's why I couldn't wait for the 2nd one which features some of the very improvements I was hoping for.

Along the lines of what you said above, I finally got some coils in the Maze V2 I got for black Friday and I'm convinced the coils I made and or the wicking are crippling that RTA. Flavor is ho hum at best. That deck and airflow should be belting out the flavor. I'm more than happy to believe that it's my coils and wicking. I've only ever used my own coils in the Bonza and flavor has been great. I'm sure there's lessons in here.

I’m going to mess with it after dinner and see how it goes, I’m going to take pics of the coils and wicking just in case I fail to get decent flavor.

Done changed up now that I'm back home. Literally have to do this a couple times a day to use them all so they don't get jealous.

What did you figure out?
I'm about 95% sure I had the coils too low. Going to 3mm from 2.5 might have had some effect, but adding a mm to the legs and bringing them to the middle a hair more brought some breathing room around the coils. While I can't be totally certain that this is the explanation, what I AM certain of is that this build is a million times (maybe 2) more flavorful than the fist one and the extra room for the air to move seems to explain it.

Sometimes longer legs will also give you longer wicks that help with slowing down the wicking and helps with flooding, leaking and better flavor too....

It takes several attempts at wicking and testing to get it perfect......

Sometimes it really does.
Of course it wasn't because of knowledge, but with my Bonza, I hit that one the first time :)

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that your neighborhood is a bit quieter than mine.

That's a classy looking setup too. :)

It's quiet, except the neighbor's dogs which bark for hours at a time, it's a very relaxing place to live...and the stars are SO BRIGHT and numerous at night because of so little light pollution

I may sell this mod, it works great but it's kinda big and ugly...and I thought it would have a clicky button but its a true mechanical

Everything except the barking dogs is pretty much the exact opposite here.

Ya think so? I think it's cool looking, but ya know, men often have different ideas about these things. It certainly isn't very feminine :D

Every time I see this little Atom Vape 24 cal, its goes into use, it is such a good mod. Using the Predator 29mm with a 24mm cap. Vaping Good E-Liquids "Good'est" on a pair of 2X28 NI90's w/4 X.3KA1 ribbons, wrapped in a high gauge NI80 and aliened from @zephyr . I am drinking batteries and blowing clouds.
