What MTL RTA to buy

I'm looking to buy a couple mtl rta's, one for myself and one for mom. I do have a Serpent Mini and its a pretty good tank, but not so sure I'm getting a true mtl experience. I've been vaping for about 5 years now. I fell off the wagon for about a year and was finally able to put down the stinkies about a month ago without dual using. Mom id's still on thestinkies and wants to quit, but definitely can't unless I can get her a good mtl tank. She will need a quasi cigarette kind of draw from the tank to even have a chance of quitting.

Any help is much appreciated in this matter and I look forward to any and all feedback

Tight draw, off the top of my head, there's Berserker Mini, Hastur MTL, any of the Kayfun series, including the Prime, maybe the SXK Skyline.

@Nailz would also be a big help, here, for all things I can't recall.

I really kinda miss my Nautilus, but despise buying coils. I really with the had a rba section for it.

Can’t go wrong with along the lines of dvarw, EHpro True MTL, berserker mini etc.
I took a long break from vaping (several years) and when I returned it was sub ohm city. I really enjoyed it vaping 24mm dual coil drippers @ high wattage, but without noticing kept closing my airflow down more and more over a period of time for the restrictiveness.

This evolved into lower wattage MTL vaping chasing flavor and throat hit lol, didn’t even mean for it to happen it just kinda did.

I'll check that Dvarw tank out. I've already been considering the Berzerker. Thanks for the suggestion. I just want to get mom off the smokes and a good mtl is honestly the only way to do it.

Kayfun Prime is king for me, and is all I use at home now, at work I have a ammit MTL RTA, which I really like, due to being top airflow, never have to worry about leaking.

Very popular too is the doggystyle and true atty's, cheap as muck and easy tanks to work with.
Thanks allot, I'll be watching allot of reviews tonight LOL. Lots to learn about :)

Watch Vic’s review on the True, truly great little tank and not that pricey. Super easy to fill, easiest filling tank I ever owned really, and lasts a while with the bubble glass.
As far as Kayfun Lite clones, if you can find one, the old ehpro KFL’s are machinined very well. A Kayfun Lite clone was the closest I ever came to getting my mother n law to quit smoking lol.

I will say, I use to feel the same way about buying a authentic kayfun, way to expensive, but decided to spoil myself when the prime came out, but still kept trying all the new MTL tanks that came out, I would use one for a while then move on to the next, the only tank that never went in the draw was the kayfun prime, which then made me realize, the ton of boxed tanks not getting used was more expensive than buying 1 expensive atty.

I now have 5 authentic primes, and not bought any other tanks, so in fact saving money by going the more expensive route.

Everyone is different, what I like, doesn't mean Joe Bloggs does, but just talking from my experience.

New kayfun 2019 Lite is being released tomorrow, looks better than the old kayfun lites, sure the clones are already listed.

Thought about staying up until 12 and picking one up lol, but have to work early. It does look nice.

It is their cheapest kayfun to date, and does look good, I'm a bit put off by bottom fill though, and just bought the prime nite dlc a month ago, so with 5 primes, really don't need anymore tanks, not saying I won't get one sometime in the future, but in no rush as love my primes :)

An Orchid I'd modded with the bigger KF glass, flat cap and stuff:

Good times. :)

By the time 2014 was in full swing though, I'd gotten into more restricted DL stuff like the Smok TF-RTA and never looked back.
