just finally rebuilt my black lemo and it was super easy. ordered another black version with a extra glass tank as a backup aswell yesterday, since i put my auth russians away. the lemo really blows them away in my opinion.the lemo has so many pluses going for it. if anyone is thinking of getting it, go for it you wont regret it. and enjoy your vape..

I have been in contact with IBtanked, the maker of quality carto tanks, about making replacement glass tanks for the Lemo. They make them for several other RTA's.

Tap'd from my Droid Turbo

Yea, I got mine Saturday. The airflow adjustment is a pita, but everything else is good. Had to keep this one from the wife, she uses a Russian 91% on her Provari, she tried the Lemo and did her best to abscond with it. She bought her self one in silver because she really does not like black attys and mods. No wonder why my Siegelei 100W is black!:D

The Lemo is a really good adaptation on the kayfun. If they put the airflow on an adjustable ring on the bottom of the atty, they will get a lot more customers.

Is the lemo better then the orchid? I've been eye balling this Atty for a couple weeks but haven't pulled the trigger...yet

The lemo and orchid are my most used tanks right now, but hard to compare, as lemo is single coil and orchid is made for duals, they both have pro's and con's over each other.

The orchid gives a really good vape, but the lemo has a glass tank and holds more juice, I use the orchid at home in the evenings, and use the lemo at work, I think the flavor is very good in both.

Not really a good deal from FT, can get it for the same price if not a little cheaper in the US and not have to wait weeks to get it, would of thought they would buy in bulk and get a better price than that.

I just watched a video on these. I want one. I have held out on buying a kayfunish type anything because of airflow. I like my lung hits. This may be right up my ally. Still not as open as I would like, but its a start.

That is when it ships, which could be a week to 2 weeks if your lucky, and nothing will come fast during the holiday season ;)

Anyone have pictures of coils and wicking on their Lemo's? I can't figure out the best way to wick on the deck. Do you prefer 26g or 28g?

I would set it up exactly like my kayfun.. I just got the Lemo drop from vape happy.. and liked it so much I ordered 2 more... mine came with a coil preinstalled.. I figured what the hell.. fired it up.. it was just a hair over an ohm.. and it is working without issue.. when time to replace it will be 26g cotton down the sides just above the channels..

I don't think it is a nightmare, it is just a different wicking style, which most atties have a slightly different way to wick better than each other, just like the fogger, I have long wicks that I push down onto the deck, but the orchid, I have very short wicks which just touch the deck.
Oddly, i build my fogger like you build your orchid with perfect results. coils 1-2mm off the air holes, and minimal wicking tickling the deck. Sucker vapes like an RDA built that way (disclaimer: ive drilled the airflow holes to 3mm and chamfered the control ring tocompletely unshroud them)

Yes I have a Lemo and 2 Lemo Drops, so I understand. I am trying to figure out the best coil and wicking setup. So far it seems best at 26g 8 wraps around 2mm to get around 1.1ohms. Put the coil slightly above the airhole. And then cut the wick just a little past the deck and push the fuzzy cotton against the center. 22 watts on a Coupor 30w or IPV.

LOL you literally just described exactly how mine is setup.. sometimes a little lower on wattage depending on the juice... but our builds are essentially identical..

Yea the lemo beats the kayfun hands down, the build deck on the lemo is so easy to work on, as it is bigger and the deck screws are bigger and easy to catch your wire under, also can build lower resistance without worrying your melt the insulator like the kayfun. Larger tank capacity with glass tank, so don't have to worry about what juice your putting in it.

The only thing I would like see changed in a v2, is that damn air control, moves by itself as so loose and no idea where your setting it at, but that is the only negative I can really give the lemo :)
I agree except I'd also like to see some easier filling like maybe a top-fill cap or something that doesn't require tools. Then it'd be perfect

I don't like the air fully open, the airflow is really airy fully open, and notice you do lose some flavor when have it open to much, think next time I have the base open and got it dialed in, will add a couple of drops of loctite to it, to hold it in place :)

I got a Erlkornigin clone coming from fasttech, but I chose one with the drip tip adapter, as feel the same way about the that drip tip, want to be able to change that out for sure.
How did the loctite work?

Absolutely

I'm gonna pull the screw and wrap it a few times with teflon tape. Just ordered another one so I will do it with that one when it arrives as a trial run.
How did that work out? I'm trying to find how to go about making that ring less likely to change where I set it to

I don't have a Orchid V4 for a comparison, but I do have a Tobeco V2. Compared to my V2 the Lemo has a bit more airflow then the Orchid if that's what were comparing. Maybe the V4 has improved airflow, although the V2 is no slouch by any means.
Which one has better flavor?

How did the lo title work?

Works fine, I used the purple loctite, so can still move it in the future if wanted too. I go this route, do it when tank is empty and let dry well, don't want loctite in your juice ;)

Teflon tape is used to make screwing in something, easier.

I have a tobeco Orchid v2 and v3. V2 is great except the Lemo is so much easier to build on. V3 holds no juice and generally sucks. Haven't seen anything that gives the Lemo drop a run for the money.

I want the Drop so bad. I've heard the reduced Chimney makes it even better than the original and I like the reduced juice capacity. I don't need more than 2.7 ml (or whatever) amount of juice. At least... I don't think I do. As soon as I have the money, I'm getting this
For those looking for the Drop, Smoke Evolution has it for $40. Gotsmok has a disc. code.
They have blk & SS as of this post.

Bought the Lemo for myself as a Christmas present. I love this thing. I started to use the little rubber stopper ring the other day just to see if it worked ( I was bored ) and I've been using it ever since. I can easily vape a couple of tanks a day, so not having to have a screw driver handy is a plus. I have had zero problems with it so far, no leaking, no dry hits, just cloudy, flavory goodness :)

I get slight leaking from the screw and much more leaking from the rubber plug. Not a big deal.
I put a tiny o ring on my fill screw, found it in one of the other packs that came with something else.

I cannot imagine mine vaping any harder than it already does with just a simple basic microcoil.
More times than not this thing has knocked me off my ass.

I thought the drop would be plenty. However, airflow all the way open and taking direct to lung hits, it's almost like drinking the e-juice with a straw. The tank was almost empty after work hours. I ordered the standard size the same evening.

I also use an o-ring on the fill screw. However, I did find two issues that cause flooding/leaking. In short, keep the tank straight.

so how'd you apply it? Just found where you liked the AFC set and gobbled some around the nut or did you pre apply it and then install it to where you liked it?

I emptied the tank, cleaned and dried it, then set airflow while empty, once where I liked it, just applied some around the nut, left overnight, then filled it back up :)
