Cool. I decided that this time around, I don't really need to get all up close and personal with the coding as I used to, when I made Joomla! templates -- just want to concentrate on the content, so I'm using Weebly; including a domain name, it's either $144/yr, or $18/mo -- definitely gonna go for the year. If I decide I want more control over the coding, then after that year, I might go back with a "regular" webhost.

Joomla! got to the point that it seemed they were doing a MAJOR update of the whole CMS nearly every month, and I just got tired of chasing down all the details, so my templates would still work. And I got really damn tired of all the little pissant hackers trying to destroy my work; I'm hoping that Weebly has more stringent measures in place to foil the pissants, than I could reasonably do as an individual.

Sounds like a plan. I understand how tiring maintain your own site (or sites) can be. I don't bother much anymore with it.
I've used Joomla some, along with most CMS going back to PHP-Nuke and before.

Only concern I have is, you won't control your domain name. It'd be theirs and they can TOS ya out the door anytime they want and keep it. I have had two hosts in the last 15yrs, but my domain is separate always and it's mine. ;)

Well, that might be a point... But I already had to deal with someone stealing a domain name from me, about 12 yrs ago, and I simply outwaited him and re-purchased it, when he got over his spiteful ego trip of wanting to charge $75 for it. ;) I can always go to the .net or .us version, if it ever becomes truly necessary. Since I don't create CMS templates anymore, I also abandoned that one, and all the versions of it I had registered; so I'm kinda "over" feeling emotional attachment to domain names.

I did php-Nuke for a while, but it seemed much too buggy and hacker-prone; Joomla! was a bit better, until it got popular and here came all the little hacker bois after it. For a while I even had some .NET (ASP) hosting, and did some templates for MojoPortal -- ASP/.NET is REALLY weird when you're used to Linux servers, but it was kinda fun too; very different, that's for sure, and since it's less popular, not quite as hacker-prone. But when the economic disaster hit in 2008-2010, I had to let go most of my hosting and all but 2 of my domain names... then when I got mad at my host (Arvixe) for that premature billing, I let all the rest go too. The only site I really hated losing was AngryVaper, since it actually had a purpose other than entertaining a housewife. :D

That would absolutely horrify me. That, and cookie, are my 2 most used. Ouch. If ya can't get any soon, let me know, I'm happy to share.

Sooooo embarrassing. I flunked DIY 101

Last time I got it, BCF was out, so I got it from Nicotine River, and they sent two 2 oz bottles. Guess I got an extra vanilla bourbon while I was at it, for a third bottle, which I thought was Madagascar, until I went to use it - yet another DIY humiliation :p

But, made my first BCF order since May, and only my second vape purchase since July, so I'm happy now. Will just add the vanilla when it gets here, was gonna let this one sit anyways

Added an addition to my vape area. Felt I needed a shelf. My wife hasn't seen it yet and I doubt she feels I needed a shelf.

I ordered a black Asmodus C4 RDA yesterday from VaporRange. Flave clone I ordered off eBay last week seems to be stuck in the black hole of Arizona. Maybe it has fallen into the Canyon.

Vape related, just tracking and packing. Made a trade last night. My chronicle tube and rda for a caliber concepts squonk. Funky look and fire by squeezing the battery inward. Hmm. Sounds cool. Bought a mod on ebay the other day. The package is moving. Hope it's not a rock

I thought about you when I was browsing on eBay day before yesterday. There was an Octopus squonker, white box with a bright red-orange door.

ETA: OMG, you've gotta go to eBay and do a search on this: "Viking Sutre Squonk High End Mod Mechanical"

Switched out the 24mm cap on one of the Recurve RDA's for the 22mm cap I got in from Vaperoxx.

Also just for giggles I switched out the switches for the authentic Purge and a clone Purge. Completely interchangeable. I can't explain the science behind it but the for the authentic seems to hit harder no matter whether it's in the authentic or clone, but both work well. It may be just mental perception. I'd already out authentic Purge magnets in the clone since I broke the ones that came with it.

Just about everything I've learned about wicking can be thrown out the window with the Asmodus Luna!
I recently purchased this RTA here on the board. Before buying it I done my research and despite a good share of the reviews stating it was highly prone to leaking I bought it anyway.

First attempt I carefully wicked it like I do all of my other RTAs and sure enough it leaked like a sieve! When the tank is filled it would leak until it was about half way down. I tried the Boreas Burp but when I flipped the tank upside down it poured out the drip tip!

Enter YouTube...
The first video I watched showed cutting wick legs long then forcing them down into the juice holes and pulling the cotton out the holes with tweezers, cutting it as close as possible then tucking the excess back into the holes.

I've filled it twice and absolutely no leaking and the flavor is awesome!
I expected it would not wick properly with that much cotton but I have not experienced any dry hits.

On a whim I stopped at my local b&m. Wanted some new juice. Something fruity. Ended up with lemon snowcone. 100ml bottle. For the low low price of just 31.27...That's right. 31.00. I almost fell over. I paid it. For what I don't know. Just bored with my juice selection.

Mixed up a sangria style juice. Not sure how it’s going work out but I’m in the mood for some experimenting. On a non vape related topic also pulled the wine making gear out of storage and started a batch of mead.

I had mead once. My sister made it in this huge jug that sat in a corner in her living room for months. It was like a living thing sitting there, would occasionally go "GLUG" and a big air bubble would rise to the surface like a big old burp! It was entertaining! Anyway, that mead was good stuff!
