What a "dope"

I was going through airport security. Already set my bags on the scanner and, before I stepped into the X-Ray machine, I slapped my pockets just to be sure they were empty.
Oh no.
My brand new, $200 Pax 3 was in there. Crap! What should I do? I thought, take it back out to the car! But car was 20 minutes away in remote lot. I didn't know what the rules were. Pictures went through my mind of being taken into the back room and asked more questions. A person my age! It would be most embarrassing. At best.
Sadly, I stepped back and dropped it into a trash can. The next day, I read on the Internet, they are allowed in your carry on bag!! Without any restricted substances of course. So, I could have kept it, now I know. I guess better safe than sorry, but what a dummy.

Bummer!

No problems getting through TSA with my vape gear. I fly a lot for work. Every road trip I take 4 squonkers, 4 bottles of juice, and 4 spare batteries. I'd go nuts vaping on just one flavor for a work week. Everything with a battery needs to be in your carry on. Since I fly with 4 mods I take those out of my backpack and put them in a bowl or bin so the x ray screener can see what they are. It makes it easier on them which makes it easier on me.

A few times traveling in state I had to explain the ohm checker in my carry on. TSA liked to measure my dykes that where in the same bag.

Expensive mistake :( moral of the story take a cheapo throwaway for travelling or going out for the evening it’s jusy not worth the hassle of losing something nice
