Stirrer/hotplate settings for DIY mixing

I recently acquired a Corning PC-320 stirrer/hotplate. Looking for suggestions on stir times and heat settings. Currently mixing my 19th batch of GOC! Freaking LOVE that stuff lol.
Here is what I will say about heat steeping - it does not take the place of actual steeping. It will shave off a couple days, help your juices mix together, but it really only shaves a couple days of the actual steep. I put all of my juices in a warm water bath inside of a huge thermos overnight and then if it is a juice that requires a week steep, I still give it a week steep. If it is a fruit, it just tastes better than it would have if you just let it sit overnight. I wanted so badly to have heat be the solution to my steeping (lack of patience being the real problem), and it just isn't. Everything that I let sit for as long as it should sit always ends up better for it.

Smoke em if you got em right! I've never used a stir plate but I think I've heard people say it didn't stir VG well and I used to heat steep in an ultrasonic cleaner but I would get cheap harbor freight ones and after about the 3rd or 4th one I decided body steeping by putting it in your pocket and walking around and lung steeping was good enough for me :giggle::giggle::giggle:

The body steeping had me worried for a second.:blech:

I have experimented with many ways to speed up infusion with heat and currently I use an Incandescent light bulb in a desk lamp. Keeps 4-5 60ML bottles at 100°F using a 40W bulb. I don't steep my e-Liquids only my Tea.
