Fast performance loose on my framed staple coils

I build with CrazyWire wires, and in just 2 days there's a significant flavor and vapor loose, why can be? The wire quality?

Welcome, and, what metal type are you using? If it's SS 316L, I can attest you're not the only one who has experienced such fast aging of the coils. So if that's the case, my first suggestion would be to try using Nichrome 80 instead. Personally, I, find that it's about a dozen times more durable. But yeah, the Crazy Wire brand is rather infamous for using piss poor spooling techniques thus causing the wire to keep wanting to tangle up on itself a lot during coil building. That is, excepting if you let the wire naturally untwist itself by letting the spool dangle under the table after you secure the wire onto the spool with a little piece of masking tape by putting a small curve in the part of the wire that will be covered with the tape. Which, IMO anyway, really is tedious as you have to keep repeating the same tactic after every ~2 ft. so I guess it means the brand truly lives up to its name. But also it is infamous for having noticeably more kinks/knots in the wire when compared to the better brands. (The better brands usually have none.) So basically if you encounter such a flaw during claptoning/fusing of your core wires, essentially you are SOL (Shit Outta Luck). My preferred wire choice these days is the kind of Nichrome 80 that's premium quality smelted by Sandvik in Sweden, from a brand called wireworks.eu available at www.vapuri.be website (with free international shipping options). It's comparable to wire from Twisted Messes. So nothing but the best, and only the best.
