It is very very hard to get 80%+ from the VA upon discharge.. You can put in to up it, however. Also, @ 70% you can apply for IU if you cannot work. Passing that fitness test is what hurt you though..

I would suggest going to VBN in my link and reading around/asking questions.
Thanks brother. I will check it out. Dont know if I qualify for IU. But I got a few callbacks from KBR. Also waiting on my TSGLI claims either way was a fun 12 years and wouldnt trade it for the world. Yeah fitness test boned me everyone said dont but im a stubborn bastard.

yup, the "peanutbutter" shot, right in the ass. have fun walking for a few days

I remember a shot like that, If the CC's in boot camp didn't like you they would have to sit down for a bit so those muscle's would lock up on you then mash you.

If they did like you then the mashed you right off the bat, only time pain was in your favor.

Boot: Great Mistakes Company 216 we pulled Color Guard
Training: Phili, HT/Urinal Colonel/Turd Chaser/Fresh air snipe
Stationed: San Diego on a Grey Hound USS Henry B Wilson DDG-7 better known as the Hammering Hank.

Active duty Coast Guard. Machinery Technician (combined Navy Ratings of EN, MM, BT). Three more years until retirement. but, hey, who's counting.

Two more years and you will be getting that short timers chain.

I can only imagine that would be a very small engine room with all the hole snipes combined into one guy... now all ya need is a EM to stand the switchboard watch & ya got it covered..
Getting more rust pickers on here now, welcome aboard. Arrrrrr

Pretty funny. For a minute there they were talking about combining us with the CS and SH rates as well... Glad they decided PC was enough. I couldn't imagine trying to pass out parts, wash clothes, make a burger, and passing out mail in one day :)

Got some z time & gettin' ready to go back at it.. PG Tips is my beverage of choice and yeah..love my coffee like mud, in a canteen cup.
