Hi the vaporesso cascade is rubbish, can anyone tell me how to contact vaporesso Eightvape.com sucks on their CS and directs me to a broken link all the time.

Hang in there, it's the weekend and they are located in China. I'm sure they will get back to you. There is also a person here on the forum, I think her name is Vaporesso Chelsea.

I recently had an issue with eightvape.com taking a week to ship my purchase. Several emails sent, multiple tickets submitted on their website, even called everyday many times for 5 days straight. Nothing. No response to any communication. Eightvape sucks! I will never spend so much as a penny on that site ever again. Sorry to hear about your Vaporesso though!

@Vaporesso_Chelsea i hope she/he reads this complain and I am having the batch number of the product to prove where it came from and when it was purchased which is in April 2019

Typical lack of communication between departments which would piss my ass off it it was me. I had an issue like that one time and everyone got a link to Google Drive with such large files I hope they had fast Internet Access. Oh and I made sure to CC everyone involved so they could read one more email~!

You've waited two weeks, the rep only contacted you Monday, atm the reps hands are tied by cs protocol.

Just a China thing, keep in mind you didn't buy directly from them, most forum reps wouldn't even try to help.

We will need the form with all the information to send to our factory to apply the replacement. It's the standard procedure of warranty claim. Sorry if any inconvenience caused. I will double confirm with our customer service asap. Also you don't need to send back the defective device.
