I was quite impressed with the flavor as well. I’m using a ss 316l fused Clapton at around .3. It was a pleasant surprise!

Concur. Excellent flavor from this..my current build on this one is simple..... 2 ea 26Ga twisted pair SS 316 8 turns, .23 ohms, Cotton Bacon vaping power mode 24 watts. Running the airflow about 1/3 open. Am very pleased with it. I have a Pyro V2 RDTA that has so far been pretty much equal with the Rebirth flavor wise. Build with pretty much the same coils.

I never had much luck with my Rebirth. Which made absolutely no sense to me since it's basically bottom AF. But I only tried 2 builds in it before tossing it into the box with the rest of my spare RDAs. Maybe I should try it again sometime soon. If any of yall have pics of your builds, particularly the coil positioning over the AF outlets, it would be much appreciated. Cause I know this thing has to have flavor in it somewhere, I just have to find it lol

IMG_20190710_002642.jpg Little bit different view. Coils are 24Ga 8 turns single wire wound on a 30mm die. Not the prettiest but the tank produces good flavor with these coils at about 24 watts.

Flavor depending on the juice- and again this is personal preferences- is almost as good as my Tauren RDTA. What I dont like about the Rebirth is its easy to get too much juice in it and make a mess. I fill it through the top, I take the mouthpiece off and fill. On mine, taking the top bell off is a PITA, something that can be remedied with o rings I think. Still its a good atomizer one of the better ones I have and have had. The build you see there is .23 ohms and I vape it at 25 watts.

Try the merlin rdta. Amazing flavor. Just not the biggest cloud machine

Thats a pretty RDTA. Problem is where I live in Ecuador its damn near impossible to get anything. I have just about quit buying RDA's in favor of RDTA'a, again a personal preference. I am seriously thinking about moving to Colombia or Peru because here its stupid. We have not been ableto get either 24 or 26 ga SS316 for almost 2 months. Bacon bits impossible right now. Just BS. I will look for it at what shops there are here in country but it will be difficult.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks guys! I'm gonna give it another try. It looks like I might have been putting my coils too close to the AF outlets cause you guys have a bit more space between them and your coils.

I knew it was probably my fault with this one, cause I've loved every bottom AF RDA I've ever owned, even the objectively bad ones lol

You want to place the coils not just where air hits the side but where some gets under the coil as well, my opinion. What i try to do with all of my builds, depending on the deck.

Yeah that's probably it. I was building it like I build all my bottom AF RDAs, wasn't really taking that into account. Now I'm excited to try it again; it's like I'm getting a new RDA all over again lol
