I have a few places where the Charley is kinda thick. so I sprayed more on those. no willing or anything, looks like healthy weeds.
That might explain the different name or label. Give it some time because that Creeping Charlie is a tough weed or it could be I make mine a little on the strong side.
Like I said be careful because if you over apply it you will not grow grass there for a long time.
So scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. New fridge has the Automatic Ice Maker and had to pick up the Pipe Tap at the Plumbing supply and clean the cold water line in preparation for the install. Have them delivering and bringing it in but I have to do the water hookup. Not a big job but getting the new Front Panel in Stainless for the Dishwasher and that looks like PITA job. Not back breaking but a lot of disassembly.
it's working. but not any better than the WEED-B-GON MAX. and maybe not as good. when I was really going at it a few years ago, it took time. that "results in 5 hours" = my ass. maybe I have dumb weeds = they don't know they are supposed to die.
make sure you put a shut off at the pipe where you tape in to.
Yeah the Saddle Clamp has a shut off so got that covered.

well, the stuff is working. the thing is, the stuff needs to set on there for a long time. I just can't put on what is needed to kill fast. or else it kills the grass.
Yeah that is what I said in the beginning. Unless you only use it sparingly directly on the weeds.

the thing is. if the concentration on the weed is enough to kill it fast. the chemicals are still there after the weed dies. then that kills the grass.
I have been thinking. make a little container. put some in the container. cut the Charley and put the end in the container and let it sit.
this way almost no chemicals get to the grass. but the CC is directly ingesting the killer. win win, except a real pita.
You need to kill the seeds because that is why the weeds comes back. If it is killing the Crabgrass that is awesome. It is one of the hardest things to rid the lawn of. I found you kill the spores before they sprout by treating before the winter and in the early spring.
I use the Scotts 4 Step Program which has Winterizing Chemicals plus Crabgrass Preventer Spring and Late fall
I can't count to 4.

Well received the Dishwasher SS Front Panel yesterday a day early so I did that yesterday and drilled the hole in the floor for the water line for the Ice Maker. Guys showed up at about 10:30 and was done by 12:00. Left the old fridge out front and I gave it to a buddy of mine who's second fridge was on it's last legs. So now I can relax.
