What did you do today that is vape related?

Quite honestly, I'd love doing something like that. It's a shame that we're spread out all over the country. There are a lot of people here that I just know I'd hit it off with and have blast spending some time with.

I know, it would take months probably to get everyone in the same place at the same time!

I found a silver spring that fits my Scoundrel so been vaping on that all day. In a little while going to go and hit the local vape shop and support those guys a little. Like to do that every now and again.

Probably could but they've been cleaned off two other times so these get replaced, I could make some but my skills top out at plain round wire builds so I just buy them.

It looks like a rebuilding tank, though. I have no idea though. Mr.Meowgi pif’d me an RDA, but it doesn’t need anything changed yet, thankfully. He built the coil and it vapes really nice.

Bet you'd like staged coils, just sayin. You could make those yourself and not need to buy anything but spools of clapton and round wire.

Sigh, oh Mr. Catman. He made it too easy for you. See see, the Mom in me sent one un-built with the materials on the side, so you'd have to learn to build it yourself Bwah haa haa......

Yes, but if he hadn’t done that, I wouldn’t have been able to try the squonk mod he sent. So it was really nice of him!
I like the Mom part of you. Most times. :giggle:

I knew you weren't building yet so wanted to make sure it was useful to you. Really glad your enjoying it too. I think I sent some extra fused Claptons but honestly can't remember. If I did they are 2x28 N80 with 36ss wrap.

No way to learn but just get in there and do it...after watching a bunch-a-videos, of course.

I set a Sigelei S-1 RDA on fire once. Don't do that. :teehee:

You did send some coils but I’m liking the one that’s in there! :teehee: Not that I’m lazy or anything about learning to build, it’s just I’m finally in a groove with my gear and really enjoying it.
It’s basically why I haven’t bought anything lately, except a Jackaroo and a Freemax Fire Luke tank. I put them together and it’s a good setup for me. But I did buy about $100 worth of juice. That I can’t use now since it set off my PG thing.

LoL Can you clean those off or do you have to make more of them? I think I’ll try DIY before building!

Don't be intimidated, it's much easier than you think. I didn't think I'd like to build or clean coils either, but after some great advice from @SnapDragon NY and @MrMeowgi, and after watching a few youtube videos, it's not bad at all. In fact, I haven't been using my sub ohm tanks very much if at all since I got into RTA's. I bought a few 48 pc. Demon Killer Coil kits and a couple of pouches of Cotton Bacon which if I'm not mistaken comes out to under .20 cents to replace the coil (if needed) and wick with each new flavor of juice. It's my understanding that you may be able to get about 3 or 4 100 or 120 ml bottles of use out of a coil if you clean it each time you start a new flavor. That's way more reasonable than the price of a premade coil for the sub ohm tanks. Cleaning the coil is very simple and there are youtube videos to walk you through the process.

Between the videos and everyone here. It can get done. Lol. First time I messed with an rda it was gifted to me. He installed one coil and I did the second one. Felt like a rocket scientist when both coils actually heated up. It was on from there

Well, Mr. Meowgi put some coils of his in there for me. Wow, that is really cheap compared to @$15 for 3-5 coils. Plus, so many places have more RTAs than subohm tanks now!
Right now I’m afraid if I take the coil out, I won’t be able to put it back in! I should look on YT and see if Steve/Legion Vapes has any rebuilding vids. He helped me a lot when I was quitting smoking. And he doesn’t open a box on camera and review what’s in it. He’ll use it for about a month before reviewing, which is very cool imho.

LOL-
Yes there are a lot of single coil RTAs out there now, so easy to use!

What RDA did you give Rhianne?

I would feel like a rocket scientist, too! Lol Well, eventually I’ll have to clean or rewick the coil in there, so I’ll have to do it.

As far as coil installation any reviewer should be able to help. Its when they actually review stuff that I stop paying attention. A lot of them somehow have never reviewed a bad product.

It’s like the Rip Trippers school of reviewing! Then there’s Jai Haze who smashes things he doesn’t like, after just opening them on camera five seconds before that!

I am glad you tried RTAs- The Elevate is a very easy top air flow RTA- the hardest thing about that RTA was getting the bottom off to get to the deck- LOL

Great rta. So easy to mount coils. And really good flavor.

Yes I thought that was a good one for him to start with! Being top air flow- not so picky with the wicking!
Plus the Coily tool is nice to have as well. Makes cutting the legs so much easier.
@bikerboogieman will have to try a single coil bottom air flow next- wicking can be a little more trickier, but a really nice vape with those!
Loving the Footoon Aqua Master and my newest Kylin Minis!

@MrMeowgi - Thankfully I've only got one order coming from China - Fast Tech, the other 3 are from here in the US.

@SnapDragon NY - I'm very happy that I tried the RTA's. Very pleased with the Serpent Elevate SMM's and the Solomon 3. As to what I've got coming in, there will be one new RTA, should have ordered 2 though. I will need to get another at some point. My plan for the vapocalypse is to have enough mods and extra RTA's. You have peaked my interest in the Footoon Aqua Master and the Kylin RTA's. I still need convincing on the bottom air flow lol.

Vaped during a stupid power outage. Someone mentioned earlier vaping in the dark. Ha ha. 5 hours is long enough. Stupid transfer truck went where he wasn't supposed to and pulled a line and pole down the next road over. Grrrrrr

That’s the way to do a straight up review! I don’t watch reviews anymore, but when I watched a few popular ones at YT six months ago, and saw that they were breaking open the box, I turned them off. We should have a thread or something for the guys that do reviews here. I recognize the names, so they’re people who hang out. Although having people mention what they’re vaping here and on other threads is really useful.

That glass top is really cool looking! At least cell phones and pads work without electricity. Did you get any mini flashlights from Liion?

I've got 4 of those flashlights. Lol. A couple battery powered fans from them as well. Liionwholesale is the only place I get batteries.
