Beyond Vape was one of the first vendors I used when I started to get into rdas about 5 or 6 years ago. I went back when the silo beast came out; but, have since long forgotten about them.

Last week I found an rda I had been casually watching on sale there from 60$ down to 20$. Who can pass thay up? I went ahead and pulled the trigger to begin thay waiting process. It said on the order that they were moving and items would begin shipping on the 26th, so I expect a longer delay. On the 31st still no notifications. I was not upset, as it was a good deal and they were moving; however, they used to ship the next day. I began wondering if maybe during the move, did my order happen to get misplaced.

I sent a simple email with the order number and simply asked if there was perhaps an ETA on when it wojpf leave. An hour later I received an email from customer service with the tracking number, and stating they were throwing in a second rda, tshirt and general swag as an apology for the delay and a thank you for the understanding.

Vendors, take note. The swag and freebie while a nice bit of lagniappe are not necessary; but,the quick response and action certainly is.

Thank you beyond vape.

And quick action towards resolution def sends the “appreciate your business with us” msg! Thumbs up to Beyond Vape... I’ll be checking them out!

Glad it worked out for you. I'm having a similar issue with MyVpro. Ordered from them countless times and always been good. This time I ordered on Saturday. No problem it'll likely go out Monday or Tuesday. No dice. Now Thursday I've send a polite email asking if there is a problem. That was at 5am central time. Still nothing. They've created a shipping label, but ut still hasn't gone to a postal location. Something must be off as they are usually really good.
 
Ooof! I just ordered from myvpro today... after a nasty experience with perfect Vape. I’m new to vaping (cigarette-free x2 months now!! Woot woot!) ... and even newer to these online vape stores. PV being my 1st attempt... MyV being #2. I hope it goes smoothly this time or else I’m gonna keep my business to the brick & mortar vendors.
I just want some coils demmit! Lol

Shit happens. I'm sure it's something simple. At the heart of it it's still humans and we screw up from time to time.
 
Understood. I’m patient enough, it’s not about shit happening as much is it is about getting it cleaned up before the stink hits the fan.
