I have vape lung.

Vape Lung is what your lungs look like after you havent had a cigarette in 10+ years and your doctor says your lungs are perfectly healthy when looking at your chest Xrays. This doctor specifically never knew I smoked and I never tell them about anything else. As far as he was concerned, I am a normal healthy adult and that is thanks to vaping.
