Excellent. Unfortunately, like most congressional hearings it was rigged. It was obvious that the liberal side of the issue had no interest in hearing this woman's opinion and made the whole argument political. I salute Vicki Porter for having the guts to stand before those morons and speak truth to power. That is a strong woman.

I completely agree. I'm not liberal and I'm not conservative. I am a Libertarian. I don't like anybody telling me what I can and cannot do.
There is a climate of bi-partisan enmity on the part of ALL the politicians. Most of them anyway.

I'm a moderate Democrat, but people like this do not represent me. Come to think of it, I doubt there's a political party in this country that DOES represent me. As always it's a choice of the lesser of two evils, and opinions differ on what that is.

Perhaps when enough people realize that both parties are one and the same with a different label creating the illusion that they are different, they will learn to support candidates that represent their views regardless of political affiliation. This is a game and they are playing the suckers who buy into the "I'm a conservative or I'm a liberal" crap like a cheap fiddle. These crooks on both sides only care about your vote when election time comes around so they can keep their power over you. Either wake the hell up or continue to get on your knees and bow to your masters. My rule of thumb is simple, if their lips are moving, they are lyin.

i said a long time ago in another place that allowing the government to call them e-cigarettes was going to affect the perspective of those like that last woman. she says vapers are still smokers due to a few things one the vape looks like smoke and we as in the government call them e-cigarettes. i do thank and respect people like Ms porter and i think that no matter we as vapers need to speak with are votes and call are reps and have sit downs if possible. its funny that the last person brings up personal politics and accuses the vaper of conspiracy with the named rep and the do not allow her time to rebuttal plus the fact and i am paraphrasing here "they dispute the Uk study and go so far as to say that unless they said it then its fake" so we can see the tone is were doing what we want. so resister to vote and find a rep who is willing to go on record as pro vaper. otherwise we are doomed a cycle of more stupidity

That was my takeaway when Dr. Rizzo started in on VG and PG. It’s our choice to inhale them. It’s a calculated risk on our part, so that we don’t smoke!
