And they are done. 30 ml of each. Already learned I need a better scale. This one wander enough for me to not be comfortable with it.

It's a little different mixing GOC as opposed to mixing Cromwell's, eh?

I'm always over the top with flavors. Must be a personality thing. Can't make anything simple, and not just in my mixing life. :D

I'm happy with consistency, but if it's wandering too much, yeah. Ceiling fans can also affect it. Congrats on your first mixes!!
Ceiling fan is not being used. Needs replacing. I did have a floor tower fan on low for first mix but turned it off for second. Still wanders a bit. I’ll try again and if not scales are cheap.

And down the rabbit/gopher hole he goes! Congrats @DonBaldy!

The AWS-500 scale is what I've been using. When you're getting close to the weight for a flavor just go a drop at a time and let the scale settle for 5 to 10 seconds.

Once you get recipes you'll be using in regular rotation, use the one shot function on ELR. Beats fishing out all those bottles every time you mix. For instance, I use 50 ml bottles when I mix up GOC. The one shot I made for it is 7.08 grams of the one shot then add the base and you're done.

100% agree! Mixing up one shots once you find a few favs is definitely the way to go!

I'm sure I'll likely go that rout sometime in the future. As for now using a funnel and pouring into the bottles isn't too much of a hardship.

I make one shots of anything I vape frequently. Quite a time saver. I also mix up my nic bases at 16 oz at a time. Difference in nic level, after adding flavors, is negligible, at this stage.

Absolutely! I do the same thing, lol.

Yep. I'm figuring that out. When I mixed the second batch I moved to a different location ant the scale behaved better. Must be either the fan or being slightly nearer to two AC vents.

I always mix on my kitchen counter, or stove top, plus they're close to a sink, just in case. No fan in there, vents are on the other side of the room.

I mix my base at 3 mg in a 250 ml bottle and vape at 2 mg so that gets me close enough. Our minds are in sync, you must be the sister I never had... :giggle:

I've only met one.
Yeah, but that is @jwill at his store with all kinds of drool worthy high end mech mods. That counts as at least 2, and maybe 3... LOL

How did you make out with all the rain there in TX? One of my team members lives just outside of Beaumont and got flooded out. It took a week for him to get back to his house to assess damage and start tearing out the Sheetrock and carpets. Poor guy got screwed over big time with over 40 inches of rain from the storm.

We were water logged but over all not too bad. We are north of the city. East and South got it was worse than we. I too have friends near Beaumont and they almost had water come in their place.
