Making juice for a pod

So, I just got a Uwell Caliburn and I need to make juice. I normally vape at 4.5mg. Does anyone have any idea on the equivalency for a pod, or how to calculate it? My usual mix is 45/55 using 50mg pg base, but I also have nic in 100 and 200mg if needed. I'm thinking 35mg using 100mg pg base which will put it at 47/53.

bobnat, go here and set up an account..
https://e-liquid-recipes.com

Then you can follow the guide.

Make sure you set your preferences up too..

Then I suggest put in what flavors you have, in your "stash"..

If you go to Create a recipe... you just fill in the blanks with the outcome you would like. Easy peasy!

Smoky, I have had an account there for three years, but thanks for the reply.

I guess I didn't phrase my question clearly, so I'll try again. Is there any general consensus, or idea or thoughts, on how to equate nic strength used in regular vaping to using a pod? I know that the nic levels are very, very high with pods. I plan on making some up and seeing for myself, I'm just making a general inquiry.

No idea on the equivalency, but I picked up one for stealth purposes. I just use the same juice I always use, just to see how that'd go. It's served me fine. Regular nic, I've never used salts. That might make a difference.

Most do a double.. if you vape 3, use 6 if you vape 12 then 24.. but honestly if you are low nic person already, you dont need salts.
Just my opinion and yeah good you have an account there.. :)

Most retail juice is either 6% 5% or 25% (%=mg) Happy mixing..

For pods, I essentially double the nic amount that I normally use mainly because I tend to use them in short quick bursts at infrequent intervals. I don't change the PG/VG ratio from what I use in other devices and it works just fine in a pod.

I just use 2 mg which is the same in my squonks and drippers. I'm thinking the nic is more a placebo for me now. I also keep the flavor level the same for the Pasito pods with the rebuildable deck that I use out and about. They are pretty good flavor wise.

Im going back to zero nic so I wont have anything to worry about..
I relapsed this week.. 3mg... so not too bad.. I do keep a nic salt at 2mg for those really bad times.
