I’m so happy, but it will be under review again on 10/18. So it’s a small victory, but I’m praying it gets lifted.

I'm pleased to report that everything is functional as it should be, no pills needed. In fact, I'm very blessed to have the libido of a 15 year old.

Yup, BTDT. Not mixing from scratch, but trying to "tune up" store-bought juices. Nine times out of ten I simply wrecked them. Props to the people that know how to create juices: It's not as easy as it would seem.
I've got a few good created juices. But mostly I just use others recipes. Either from here or e-liquid-recipes.com
No creation here. Too lazy for that shit. I;m using established recipes. I do tweak those recipes by adjusting the percentages of flavorings.

Oh well that's awesome then if you have a set goal. I just went batshit crazy when I started. Hence the reason I now PIF flavors LOL But ecx has this sale section where a lot of them are only 99 cents. Ya, I'm a sucker for that section. ooooh wonder what THAT tastes like.
I will admit I was good this month as I knew I only had a set amount and I wanted to get my nic and stock up on flavors I use for just a few of my favorite mixes. I stayed away from that section.
I bought a few of my favorite flavors out of that section at ECX initially. Seems like that's where I got the kick-ass Pralines & Cream (TFA Signature). Good standalone, or with a little extra vanilla/cream/custard added ( @DonBaldy ).

Here's my latest version of Praline Cream:
French Vanilla Ice Cream (Hangsen) 3.73%
Lemon Sicily (Limone Sicilia) (FA) 1.87%
Pecan (TPA) 1.87%
Pralines and Cream (TPA) 7.47%
Super Sweet (CAP) 1.87%
Steep at least 4 days.
Weird percentages come from me mixing it higher and realizing it was just too heavily flavored. I let ELR reduce the overall percentage.
I'd have no hesitation at all mixing just the ice cream and Pralines & Cream together, but the extra lemon and pecan do put a little extra "finish" on it.
The Super Sweet, for you, is probably over the top.
It's OOS at Ecig Express right now, but this is the flavor. Bull City may carry it, I don't know.

FW Butter Pecan would work in place of the P&C, as would a good butterscotch (FW Butterscotch Natural, maybe) or even a good caramel/dulce de leche. Imo those flavors are all similar enough that they are virtually interchangeable in a basic recipe like this. If I were using caramel or DDL, I'd drop the percentage of that one flavor to no more than 4%. It gets stronger as it steeps.
I wouldn't even be too particular about the Hangsen FVIC. The thing with that part though is that it will affect steep time. TFA Vanilla Swirl, you'd steep it maybe 2 or 3 days. Cap VCV1 or Cap VBIC needs about a week, at least. FA Custard, 2 or 3 days, and cut the Lemon down to 1%.

So I stocked up on juices from my local vape shop. I’ve checked websites for the flavors I like, but so far no one has them. Oh well.
I’m also shopping for drip tips to match my mod, but I can’t find good ones that go with teal/purple (my mod changes colors as you move it). Also looking at a new tank for my baby. My shopping list is getting long.

I tried to get a hold of IVapeSupply today AGAIN. My first order a couple of months ago went smoothly. This time around, not so much. I ordered almost two weeks ago for about $100 worth of stuff. I'm pretty sure by now A LOT of the stuff will be out of stock.
The thing is, I've been emailimg them for 5 days in a row. No response. Fuck that site. Their chat is like talking to yourself. Their phone number doesn't work.
Not sure what else to try.

Same with MyVpro.com. They don't reply to emails and their phone number listed on the site doesn't work. Sucks but I'll likely not order from them again.

I recently got a bunch of good drip tips from aliexpress.com for cheap. They have tank bands too. Problem is, it takes a couple of weeks for goods to get here from China. Worth the wait for the savings, in my book.
I've also gotten a lot of drip rips from 3FVape and Fasttech, again both in China so expect 2-3 weeks. Don't let the "Fast" in Fasttech fool you...unless yo'u're referring to how they take your money.

I just got an order from them earlier in the week, in absolute record time. Couldn't believe how fast it arrived. You may be right to be concerned, something may have happened with your particular order.
A lot of these places are probably SLAMMED right now filling juice orders. Doesn't explain how mine got processed quickly, though.
Maybe it's in Puerto Rico with my order from Steam Crave.
MyVpro is in Troy, MI...The ban started on Tuesday, I think they are looking for a new location.
I finally figured out how to talk to someone. They're parent company is called MayTrading or something. I had them look up my order number. There must have been a system glitch because that # went to someone in Ozark for something completely different. I got their managers email addy so hopefully he can do some digging. My card was charged $100.98 but they probably never even seen my order. I got an email "order confirmation" though so it's really strange.

I hope they get it squared away for you quickly, but like you said, a lot of the good stuff is out of stock now. Scary to think their system can mess up that badly. Might be the end of my ordering from them, too.
Bought a smok D-barrel mod today. $23 bucks why not. I've wasted more on less if it goes south. Was gonna get a Rebirth rta as well but figured I better not spend too much. May hit up the sauce LA to pick up a few more bottles.

The only tank bands that I could find were on Amazon or eBay. I couldn’t find them anywhere, but maybe someone else knows.
Element has a lot of drip tips, if you haven’t looked there. Sometimes those end up being the last thing you get, since the right color and shape can be hard to find. Good luck!

Some vape sites sell vape bands, I got a couple from MyVaporStore a while back. Fasttech sells them if you order from there. There's a vendor called Vapeband, he has an ebay store, if they haven't axed him. He also responds to email, really cool dude, from the chats I've had with him.
Went by a local vape shop I hadn't been into in a long time. God it was a crappy place. I have more mods than they do and the one employee was a fucking idjit. He must be a pod ranger because he didn't know shit. There was a stainless OG 24.. Goon in their very ancient and tiny RDA section. I got semi excited and said as much..why not no one else was in there...pod ranger came over and said "yeah it's a v3 or v4". I said "no it's an original". He than says "nobody uses RDAs anyway". Just fro giggles I asked how much...$85...choke...what? OK time to leave this hell hole never to return.
If they haven't axed him you can axe him if he still has vape bands.
I've seen places that do custom vape bands..like with your name or whatever, Not sure when or where I say them. Getting old sucks..Google.

The Pasito is really nice- I haven't tried the RBA yet, I bought but haven't built it yet- just ordered another Pasito, more pods and coils to stow away for later.
