Ahh crap! I forgot about the holiday and placed a FT order this afternoon. Oh well one does not place an order from China if one needs the item quickly.China on a week long holiday, so be lucky to get any contact from them anyway from any means.

I don't believe that this was meant as an insult in any way toward you. I know you read many posts such as this an MOST seem to not do their due diligence. It would seem as though the poster was simply make sure you've covered all the basis. Perhaps the post may have been better received had it been in the form of a question as opposed to just the copy/paste. Actually they sent me a tracking number already, at least the shipping label was created. The biggest problem was when I placed the order it went through fine, two hours later I received an e-mail telling me the order was interrupted and I need to finish the order. also AJ i totally know your response was fueled by your situation which i certainly understand. you may not get a response until the week long holiday is over. they may have a us warehouse but there still a china company so the response may be delayed by up to 4 days
PP checked on it and looks like they never processed the first transaction , so I just have to keep an eye on my account. Looks to me as VL has software problems.That sounds like a case of paypal payment processing getting stopped i would take it to paypal first.
