Will a dehumidifier clear a room of vapor?

Just as the title says, will a dehumidifier (which is also an air purifier) do the trick and clear the room of vapor? There's no windows, it's a basement, there's poor air circulation, there's an annoying smoke alarm that keeps going off, my wife complains because the fog is making her believe that she can't focus her eyes... I just need a solution and I bought a dehumidifier pretty cheap on Amazon hoping it will do the trick.

I can't say that I've tested it enough yet, but I am doing that right now and, once again, I set off the smoke alarm.

If you don't think a dehumidifier will work then please advise as to what will (give me an Amazon link to the product as well please... if it's allowed that is).

Kinda depends how much humidity and vapor is in the air.....they can only remove so much water molecules from the air.

Also depends on where you are, in Arizona they work fine, if your in a humid location, not so good.

I'm in Michigan. It gets humid here but the humidity in my house is regulated... barring me vaping... which hopefully counts as humidity (problem would be solved)

I guess it does the trick. I still can't vape nonstop for 20 minutes but by putting a fan under my smoke alarm blowing the vapor away and making it circulate to my dehumidifier/air purifier it does extend the amount of time that I can keep vaping without the alarm going off.

I have 4 Sharper Image Ionic Breeze air purifiers in my place.
They would take out the smoke when I was on the cigs and now they take out the vape residue and clouds.
I just have to clean the VG off the rails every 2 weeks.
Best air purifiers I have ever owned

A friend who is a smoker has a son with a smoke allergy and she uses an A/C Air Filter and a Box Fan to get rid of the smoke. Cheap DIY air filter that works. Good Luck

Step 1. Find a door that leads to something called the outdoors.
Step 2. Open the door
Step 3. Go outside
Step 4. Vape your ass off

Sounds like you're pissing your wife off with your clouds. What's that saying.....a happy wife is a happy life.
You could also pick up a stealth pod system that doesn't produce huge clouds.

If you don't find any of the above suggestions useful you could always pick one of these up on Amazon too, maybe a present for the wife?

I keep a fan on next to my recliner. Works nicely. Keep the air moving a little and you will solve most of your problems.
