I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I didn't know what was going on with me. It's scary not knowing what the hell your body is doing, but it definitely was trying to say something was wrong. So very glad you found out what it is and you are able to deal with it now.

Did the new job give you two weeks to let you work at the other job? If so, just give them your two weeks notice. Tell them the reason...closer to your home, they should understand why you would want to work closer to your home.

I had a nurse friend who had fibro. I heard its really hard to treat. I'm sorry you have it!

Wow, Element already credited me for the refund on my mod! I’m blown away! I bought a $40 mod from Central Vapors, since I’ve been wanting another Tesla and the Steampunk Nano looks cool.

My birthday is next week, so I treated myself. Thankfully Snap helped me out! And my hubs will appreciate spending less, definitely!

I’m down to 3% so I’ve got to run now. Love you guys. Hugs to you all.

Thank you !
At first, the doc started me on anti depressants :blech: . I couldn't take them, my throat closed off. But, I'm so glad it did, I really didn't want to take those. He wanted me to try something else, I said no ! Then, started to look into herbal medicine/remedies. After about some time, I started feeling better :) . Then, I started to walk, do some exercises, and aventually lift those arm weights...dumbbells. Every once in a while, it does act up, but that's usually when I'm sick or do something stupid to stress out my body...get hurt

My nurse friend had to use family medical leave act. They eventually fired her but she had it bad. I'm glad you are better. I read some papers on tobacco and fibro once upon a time.

As of tomorrow I'm weaned down to 1mg of prednisone. One week left and then its lab time.
Hubs was confused at my work situation but completely understood. He carries the insurance for now. The new place I'm starting I worked as a cna back when I first moved to WI and decided to go back to school. . Health care sells out/gets sued and re organizes. I know quite a few people still from before and my short stint back in 2016. A good friend wanted me there and I was waiting for her to go back (she worked there before). We worked in Mayville for a year together. The pay cut doesn't bother me at all. As long as I have funding I'm good.

I hope your nurse friend is doing better  . I really hope your friend will be able to get the fibro under control and get some of his or her life back. Thank you :)
Fibro is debilitating. If he or she gets touched it hurts, to do almost anything it hurts. Then, when the person can't exercise or even walk, the weight comes on. It is a vicious cycle. Besides weight gain, the person can get really depressed, cuz the person feels useless, plus low self esteem for the cherry on top. Hell, that was me several years ago. Getting the fibro under control, the weight off and everything else...I got my life back.

That's great, Artemis ! I hope the lab tests come out good and you can get off of those. Will you be able to get health insurance at your new job? So, it's kinda like going back "home." Hope things go smoothly for you at your new job and you make new friends.

Thank you! The two week notice thing didn't go well. The DON started yelling at me. I wanted to give a notice but it isn't happening after her yelling stint. Now, I see why the assistant DON walked off her job. It's over and a new chapter unfolds. I just need to start stocking up on vaping stuff.

Today, I have the dotmod aio coming in. I'll post it later or tomorrow. It's purple. I really want a Aspire Mulus for pocket vape at work. I have some chasing to do today. (Shopping)

Hubs has the insurance right now. He plans on retiring in 4 years. I will have to get insurance then.

You're welcome :) .
Sorry, it didn't go well. Not a very understanding DON ! Yup, I've been trying to stock up. Bought two liters of nic. Hopefully, there will be another sale for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Can't wait to see your new mod and enjoy shopping. Four years isn't too much longer before he retires. Hope you two are prepared or getting prepared for that big change.

I have iodine by Dr. Clark, does it help with colds? I may try it. My nose is at the stuffy can’t breathe stage. I feel wiped out!

Hope you’re okay, my friend.

Hey, MG fam. How’s everything doing tonight? I’m okay, not great but hanging in there. It’s the first winter that I got a cold in a long time, it seems. I’ll be on and offline for a bit. Big hugs and love to everyone, and of course yummy clouds.
