Hey y'all! It's been a long 5 days. One more long day and then I get two days off. I doubt I will peel my ass off the couch for anything on Sunday. I'm beat the last 4 days have been 14 hours or longer. Haven't seen my daughter all week. We start rehearsals tomorrow.

Hope everyone is doing well.

That first week back after being off for so long is always a rough one! I'm sure next week will be better. ;)

Yeah, I know... just giving you a hard time. I still have issues when I have 6 or more streams open, but I'm amazed at how fast my videos are uploading now! :eek:

So I still haven't done the Christmas decorations... so hard to get in the mood to put them up when you're the only one that enjoys them. I need to watch a couple Hallmark movies!

We're doing Thanksgiving at Mom's this year. Usually my brother does it, but he's going to his SIL's. Should be interesting... Mom, StepDad, Me, hubby, Dad, and my MIL. What a combo! :rolleyes:

WE alternate Thanksgiving and Christmas each year between my mother and my wife's family. This year is Thanksgiving with my in-laws. So much fun.:sarcasm:

Completely understandable, and every parent thinks the same way, but don't forget that these years will be gone before you realize. One day you'll look up (probably literally) and your sons will be grown men.

My son just turned 18 and in the last 3 weeks has gotten letters of acceptance to 3 colleges. In less than a year he will be moving out. On the one hand I think about how I'm going to use his room and on the other I don't know what I'll do without my son here.

My daughter is 13 and she hasn't even told me good night in 4 years, much less a good night hug and kiss. I'll likely get a politician to be honest before I'll get a hug out of her.

Cherish the times that they still think mom is the best because it goes by so quickly.

I will. Thank you. My oldest is already only interested in video games. That’s mostly because his dad doesn’t do anything else with him so when he comes over to my house I have him play outside with me. He still gives me kisses and hugs that I cherish. My little one doesn’t want snuggles already. But he’ll give kisses and hugs still. It’s hard with the terrible twos with all the tantrums, I just want quiet time to myself once in awhile

Happy thanksgiving everyone! I always dread this holiday! It’s always so hectic at the in-laws where my sister in law sits on her phone the whole time while everyone else has to babysit her kids. Don’t get me wrong, I love my nieces and nephews, but be a parent to your own kids please!

Anyway, I probably won’t be on much today. So hugs to everyone! Hope you all have a great day! :hug:
