Looking for recommendations for New sub ohm tank

Hey guys,
I've been off the site for quite a while, simply put I found something I like and stuck with it about as long as I think I can. My current setup is a Smok G-Priv2 with a Cloud Beast TFV8. I generally run high wattage, around 150 watts and I like how the Cloud Beast does. However, I have somehow cracked the glass and am frankly surprised it doesn't leak or send glass shards all over so I'm looking to see if there is a new sub ohm tank which would be recommended...

I have been using the V8-Q4 coils, mainly because I like the high air flow.

Any recommendations of tanks for me to look at before I purchase a replacement on this one?

Thanks for your time!

I’m a fan of the falcon King’s coils I just use them in the EHpro Raptor which is good also.
I’m a huge fan of the Freemax fireluke mesh coil, the NX2 0.5 ohm coil is awesome both for longevity and flavor. Again I use it in a different tank,’the Voopoo Uforce t2. A big plus for Freemax or Voopoo tank is they can use lots of different brand coils although that 0.5 ohm coil can’t be beat. Best of luck with your search

In all honesty I would not recommend a factory coil tank to anyone right now with the Deeming regs about 5 months away.

That being the case, what would you recommend? Like I said I've been out of the loop for awhile and have no idea what may be coming in the upcoming months.

I am kinda out of the loop on current rebuildable tanks as well. I stocked up on older ones I liked. Which are not real cloudy high wattage ones.
My recommendation was based on the fact that by next May 12 the FDA has been ordered to fully enforce the Deeming regs which will prohibit well over 90% of all vaping devices including coils from being sold in the USA. Unless a miracle happens.
If you want to keep on vaping go to rebuildables. wire and cotton will still be available. Ohh and learn to DIY juice since it is included in the Deeming regs. some things will come back as a few get PMTA approval from the FDA I expect. I do expect the first to be approved will be sealed pod systems and cigalikes though. Questions exist if they will ever approve open mix and match vape systems.
Nothing is absolutely certain but as it stands that looks like how it will shake out.

I went ahead and ordered both the Freemax and the Falcon King... Atleast then I'll have options for a bit.

I gotcha, I had no idea about any of this.. I used to do alot of rebuildable and still have alot of wire and cotton but I'd gotten rather lazy over the last year or so... lol.. and I am currently mixing my own Juice... That being said it looks like I need to stock up on nicotine and such...

In DIY supplies it only makes sense to me that nicotine will be the first thing to be regulated, so yes, stock up if you can.

We've just learned in the last few days that one of our members in Massachusetts is having a hard time ordering flavorings. That is unexpected and disturbing.

Geekvape's Zeus X is one of the better rebuildables that is within the reach of most people's wallets and can carry a relatively wide variety of coils. I vape much lower wattage than you, so I'm not up to speed on RTA/RDA recommendations for your range.

Ohh and btw there is a nicotine tax bill in both houses of congress. If they pass it will be bad. The house version would put a $2,700 tax on 1 liter of 100 mg nic and the senate version would be closer to $5,000 and would take effect 180 days after passage.
And yes those are very close to exact dollar amounts on 1 liter of 100 mg/ml nic. higher nic levels would be higher for instance would be $10,000 tax on a liter of 200 mg/ml nic for the senate version.

does anyone have an update on those bills?
