Coconut Bread Pudding

I’ve been tweaking this one forever...........it’s finally where I want it. Phew! If you like coconut, this one is for you! If not........you crazy. Lol!

OoO Bread Pudding 4%
WF Coconut Custard 2%
VT Desiccated Coconut 1.25%
FA Meringue 1%
FLV Sweet Coconut 1.2%
FLV Vanilla Pudding 1.5%

Yeah.....the Desiccated Coconut. It’s a dry, flakey, sweetened coconut. You can probably get away without it, but it does impart that flakey coconut thing. As far as I know, only Chef’s and VT has it. I’m getting more.........

Never heard of desiccated coconut. It doesnt sound good by itself but coconut bread pudding sounds awesome. Thank you for sharing.
