Pectoral muscle pain

Hello, I am new to this forum and created this account for the purpose of asking this question. After only a few months of vaping, I have developed a problem where my pectoral muscle on my left side gets rock hard and very sore until I’ve stopped vaping for about 2 days. Then I can vape again for about 2 days and the problem slowly starts up again. I have used the following to try to fix the problem: Novo II with various flavors of 70/30 ejuice, juul with different flavored pods , and blu with different flavor pods. All seem to give me this problem. Is it an allergic reaction? Or something more serious? Anyone have this problem??

Sounds like a question for a health care professional.

I've personally never heard of vaping VG and PG affecting muscle.

Are you a smoker?

/\ AGREE 100% with @Theboss

You need to see a Health care Professional and not seek advice on the Internet. Since you are using Juuls it could be the Nicotine and Tightness in the Chest has me thinking Heart Attack~! SEE A Doctor~! I am not a Doctor and do not play one on the Internet. Good Luck and update us after you spoke to a Qualified Healthcare Professional.

Might be the nic level. all of those vapes are medium to high nic content.

But as said earlier consult a professional.
We have no medical professionals that offer medical advise on here.

And Welcome to VU.

I would like to see a list of all the ailments new vapers have came on the forum to ask if it’s caused by their new endeavor. I read the title and was sure it was a gag but nope. Welcome to the forum and good luck with the pec.

Appreciate all the welcomes and thanks for the advice. I may have not been quite specific enough in my original post. I have been vaping since around June, but only in the last 2 months or so gotten more heavy into it. The thing is, I did see a doctor and explained the issue (that I was vaping) and he seemed to think it was muscle tension and unrelated to vaping. He recommended exercising the area but that only made things worse. This was a lot earlier on when the problem was newer (approx. 2 months ago). The problem has been happening ever since, so this isn’t a problem I’ve had for a few weeks. However, I did not come on here like many others I’ve read before to try to get an internet diagnosis. I rather was asking advice on whether anyone else had the problem and if anyone had solutions, such as cutting out VG, or lowering/upping nicotine intake. Another issue is that after using the novo for awhile, I developed an issue where I would constantly feel the need to take deep breaths. I was thinking I had a lung illness but upon taking an oxygen intake test at the doctor my lungs were at 98% functionality (normal). I had an X-ray done as well, nothing wrong with my lungs. This is still an ongoing problem that continued even when I quit vaping for over 3 weeks. Please note that I am not a heavy vaper, when using a juul id go through a pod every 3-5 days, or the novo 1 pod every week. However, I vape for the buzz so when vaping I take several long hits. Then take about a 1-6 hour break before vaping again. Any of these may be a beginners mistake, which I should have mentioned in my undetailed starter. Again, I am not looking for a diagnosis, I’ve always been anxious about health problems and I will likely go to the doctor again. But beforehand, I simply was hoping for an either relatable response or an educational one.

High nic levels could cause/trigger muscle tension...
Just my unprofessional opinion but nic is a stimulant.
or it could be a strain or something? which high nic could aggravate.

left handed or right handed?

Right handed, the problem is on my left side. I do do a decent amount of moderate lifting at work (moving 40-75 pound boxes) which isn’t altogether that heavy but does take some effort as I’m not the strongest.
This is highly likely
I know no one on here, and am desperate for an answer. Don’t be so quick to call someone a liar. I have no reason to be dishonest with people I don’t even know. My doctor visit, like I previously stated, was earlier on and I had not quite hashed out the pattern yet and was unsure myself if it was vaping related. Apologies for not giving all the details in my original post, but while I may lack details, I don’t lack morals. Thanks for the comment.

Btw
You forgot to include “this was a lot earlier on when the problem was newer (approx. 2 months ago).

Maybe you shouldn't "vape for the buzz"

Maybe you should just quit vaping.

Ive never heard of anyone having actual health issues from vaping.

listen to your doctor. Go see a different doctor for another opinion. Sounds like you over lifted something and tore a bit of your muscle.

i will say this just in case but be sure your liquid are not tainted it is good that you had x rays and those other test...

you could try a flavorless 0 nic experience first after your two day cleanse..
Diy your own ratio from reliable sourced VG and PG...

it could your sensitive to the nic or flavorings ... other then that i am at a loss for what could affect muscles outside of something else in your lifestyle or diet that also changed at the onset and still continues to this day.
