A surefire way to get better flavor, at least in my own personal experience, is to abandon mesh altogether and move on to advanced coil building on a decent RDA, but there is a learning curve, it takes some time, effort, and dedication, albeit a temporary working solution would be to just buy decent handbuilt coils until you can make them yourself, or, if money is not a problem, keep buying such coils.
If advanced coils are not for you, if I were forced to go for mesh right now, probably I would get the Wotofo Profile 1.5 RDA. The previous version of this RDA doesn't give the option to use a wider mesh strip and isn't suitable for vaping at 100 watts for a bit of a warmer vape. These two mesh RDAs are fairly convenient to use, and IMO they are fairly moderately priced. The only real downside IMO is, neither one of them is close to giving the best flavor that vaping money can buy. So convenience and affordability are the dominant factors here, but the flavor is not bad... it's just not in the same league as what I use daily. The same thing about flavor also applies to Horizontech Falcon M1 coils, but they are even more convenient to use, and, because an RDA is not a tank, the only way to try to improve the convenience of the Profile would be to spend more money on something like the Topside Dual (squonk mod) to go with that option. So, depending on how you use things, the price of the squonk mod could close (or almost) the price gap between the Falcon M1 coils on one hand and the cheap materials required to rebuild the Profile on the other hand, as the Falcon M1 coils tend to last a really long time and are not that overly expensive IMO anyway.
