I'm a project engineer. I design stuff on a computer all day and try not to fall asleep.

Lol you have to be a sellout YouTuber first, because that totally makes you qualified to design.

A nice billet aluminum squonker would be cool. I'll be your reviewer. Lol. 2bottles centered 510. I don't know how it'll work but Dammit we'll figure it out.

Would require check valves in the juice lines....
which would create problems with the excess juice not being sucked back into the online bottle.
A 3 way valve?
Would work but would be too complicated for me to want to use it. I can't think of anything right now except just a space to store an extra bottle for a quick swap.

Unless you made an rda too and had two holes in the 510 to keep them separate and simple.

I am seriously thinking of making a squonking walking stick.
Just one 18650 though and switchfet.
Been looking at some appropriate tubing and such.

Retired. Before that I was senior designer at a midwest outfit that manufactures hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and valves. 21 years as a CAD jockey. Before that I was a journeyman sheet metal mechanic, specializing in millwright work and rotational molds. Worked as a fitter/welder for 10 years in a structural steel plant. Also did stints in construction and packing houses.

Fix computers. Which sounds great, but isn't anymore.

It sounds great until you ever have to DO IT for any length of time. I did user support, installations, and PC troubleshooting/repair for about 10 years. Gets to the point that you need to go to a desert island, by yourself, until you get good and damn ready to come home again. With alcohol and Xanax.

I have a feeling we could compare some stories.

Well, basically I'm just a simple student for now but I work as a tutor for primary school student. And every so often I work on services which help students with writing tasks. This is edureviewer.com
one of such (it's just a review). My major is engineering and in a couple of years, I'll design different systems for a living.

I work as a sales manager for a large firm, and I cannot say that I like it. I want to start making money on the Internet but have not decided where to start, there is a bit of deferred money that I would like to invest somewhere. read a lot of things about cryptocurrencies and about gambling, and how it is not sure if I’m looking for the right thing. What do you advise?
Put it all on black.

5 years old to 15 years old, worked at gardening, helped with Papaw John's small dairy farm. I think he only ever at most had six milkers and would only occasionally let the bull to them, raise up the young to market. Did firewood, tended wood stove used to both cook and heat. Cleaned up brothers, minded them, fixed stuff to eat.

Then, Papaw signed my working permit at age 15, got to work in a fast food place, went on studied a little got a cna certificate & worked in a kitchen at a nursing home. It was here where a fellow brought me down to see & be with my great grandmother as she passed. Yes, pretty rough holding a loved one in your arms as they slip away. I couldn't have been more than 16.

Moved on from there into working at a poultry processing plant, then took some time out to help at home again, sometimes money helps other times you need to be there. Then back to fast food, off then to join navy at age 20 turned 21 while in service. I had a first public bought beer in a Marine bar and first bar fight too, did finish my one beer. Back home back to fast food a while, then worked stock yards a while, for big "Boss" farmers a little. From there to working as bagger/stocker in grocery store, back to poultry plant again, then to apple processor plant.

Now, I'm lucky to be able to keep a small townhouse style apartment for my wife. I also might have done various different stuff which either I honestly forget or I don't talk about because that's how it goes. I can sew by hand if I really need to but my wife tells me darning socks isn't something she encourages. So, I wash dishes clean bathrooms, sweep and mop linoleum floor, vacuum low pile carpet, clean windows, dust. Hoping to eventually get into "our place", somewhere with 3-5 acres of land for a small hobby farm that I can manage within reason by working smarter not harder.

Although with recent events, not too sure at the moment about where I'm heading, not that I ever really did. In short it seems I'm a jack of all trades while mastering none. I know that you show what needs done, it gets done. I dislike work that gamers refer to as grinding, sure it's alright to do a bit but I'm not going to hang on while bored senseless. Let me move up. Can't do that well then show it on a check, can't do that ... I was looking when I came in, can look going out.

I deal with whiny homeowners that have no understanding, compassion or sense of reality...

Both my daughters have worked with housing developers for the past twenty years or so. They both would empathize.

A very under appreciated profession.
Thank you for hauling my stuff.

Not under-appreciated by me. My favorite uncle was a driver for Carolina Freight for 27 years. He drove a Florida route, usually gone from home for four days at a time. Many burlap bags of Indian River fruit came home with him around the holidays every year, when no one else had fresh citrus.

He was like a second Daddy to me. Makes me think fondly of truck drivers .:inlove:

It sure is! My hubby is an OTR driver w/ hazmat. Folks have no clue what these drivers go through and put up with to get us our supplies. And the hoops they have to jump through on a daily basis because of DOT. I kinda see being an OTR driver the same as serving in our military. They risk their lives every day to make sure our country has food, clothes, blankets, etc. You know the saying... "If you've got it, a trucker brought it!"

Oh, btw... I was a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for 2 years straight out of college. Then I worked in an electrical parts/wiring factory for GM vehicles for 12 years before my job was moved to Mexico. (The factory paid better than accounting/bookkeeping did.) Then I was a Team Lead/Manager for a gourmet gifting company for 8 years (My job was sold to a Mexican outsourcer). For the last 6 years I've been a Social Media Manager/Professional Link Slinger.

Yeah my last good 2 jobs got outsourced to India. Why I did my last 5 years working at a Lowes.
Well that and I did not want to drive over an hour each way to a better job.

Seems most everyone in the USA are now temporary workers in one way or another.
The Mobile workforce for the new millennia they spoke of?

Many thanks to all. I'm fortunate enough to not have to do the OTR gig anymore. That is a rough life for sure. I mostly drive locally or instate at times haulin booze.
I worked and lived on the road for 6? years.
I understand that aspect of it well.
At least I did not have to worry about running over people and things with a big rig.

A lot of yall have or had great jobs. Makes me kick myself for farting around and not listening to my parents. But the landscaping works. Did industrial tires a little more than a decade ago. Anything that drives under 25mph. Been rolled around the parking lot in a tire more than once. Lol. Then for a short time at 18-19 I framed houses and did trim work.

I didn't listen either. I guess it could be better, but kinda like you said, I choose to think it could be a lot worse. I would fail at landscaping in under an hour, lol

I can't remember all the shit I've done. I have managed to kill several careers and turned down excellent job offers and accepted the worst. Let's see, the minor jobs list Pumped gas, baked bagels, drove fork lifts, a little bit of residential rehab and repair, started a hard leather business and when It started going well I had to look into buying equipment, then It was not fun any anymore so I moved on . Actually started as a tech for electronics / electric company installing and repairing House phone (XY switching @The Cromwell ) security system , sound reinforcement and control systems in NYC. It was all custom work so it held my interest for a while. wired control cabinets for a comp that made Pneumatic circuit breakers for power plants, When Three mile island blew our breakers worked :teehee:....some how a friend talked me into taking a aviation maintenance technician course..That one worked out well . Now I vape and yell at the tv...
