I think most of mine range from 4-6mm, so that would be perfect, thx!

Andria

I just looked at my Rainforest tip, comparing it to a 6.5mm gemstone, it is smaller. I'd say between 5 and 5.5mm.

Made a butt-ugly hand-wrapped tri-core Clapton with all 30ga N80.

Looks terrible, vapes great. Ohms too high, so once again, I moved things around, put this one on the VV Pulse 80 and bumped it up to 55W.

Other than vaping all day long and hanging out here from time to time, that's all I did.

Actually, had to move DTs around too, because that coil was getting the metal cap and DT (Axial) too hot for me.

@Huckleberried If I stop ordering from China, where am I gonna get a stainless Dvarw DL clone?

I was looking at the different shapes, and actually I like #3, and Michelle, better than Rainforest -- any idea about their ID? I'm thinking Rainforest is a smidge too tall, since i already use the angled adapter to make sure I don't get hot spats on my lips, and it would extend too far in my purse. The shape of the "lip" on #3 and Michelle is most similar to what I'm used to, sort of a "cushion." I want something that's smooth and rounded but with that sort of cushion; no edges on my lips at all. Even #1 looks ok in that regard, but it's a little too plain, not quite enough flare to suit me "aesthetically." I think I like the Michelle the best, for looks... but it would definitely depend on how narrow the aperture thru it.

No I'm sorry, all the 510 tips I've ordered from her have been Rainforest. Note, though, on most of those types of designs you can choose height of .75", 1", or 1.2", if that helps. You can also choose to minimize the flare at the tip end. You'll see these things if you go to place an order.

I like that Michelle shape, good choice.

Filed a PayPal dispute against sourcemore.
I emailed them 3 days ago with no response inquiring about half of an order that I have not received. Never filed a dispute before... as soon as I submitted the dispute, sourcemore sent me an email with my order details in it. Strange. I didn't ask for that. And why didn't they answer my email inquiring about my missing half of my order? I don't need reminded of what I ordered, I want my item or my money.
Sourcemore probably got an instantly generated email from PP as soon as you filed. They responded to you quickly because PP can boot them from their service.

I got out my trusty tape measure (such cool things I've acquired since I started sewing!), and my Mings are 3/4" or just a smidge over, not quite 7/8", so I think if I order the Michelle in the 3/4" length and specify "skinnier", the inner diameter should be nice and skinny. I actually like the flare, it provides that "cushion" like I have with my Mings.

I'm having a hard time choosing the material though; kinda torn between Red Orange Spiney, Halloween Water, Carrot Mono Swirl, and Fairy Dust Orange. The Red Orange Spiney, I could also use with my big Aegis that has the warm-red plate (with green racing stripe on the pleather), that red is very close to orange. And I like the color effect of the Red Orange Spiney... so that might be the one.

Nah, scratch that; the Red Orange Spiney is just too red. So it's gotta be the Carrot Mono Swirl. It's got the nice swirly effect I was thinking of.

I did the same thing, got the same email you got, then got a notification from Paypal that I had a message. They offered me $45 refund on a $44 purchase and I said no. I wanted the shipping I paid, too. Didn't get a response til today, but they finally accepted. Still pisses me off. We wait all this time, get excited for whatever it is we order, then get nothing but a refund.

I'm glad to hear you finally got the right answer on your chargeback.

I've already blown the not-ordering-from-China thing. Everzon, Vaporesso Armour Pro for $9.99, even if it is green, I am so there.

They aren't offering me anything. Just an email that says:
Dear, your product has shipped. Rest assured it will be delivered to you.

Don't call me dear. And it says it shipped, but im tired of waiting for a package that is clearly lost as it hasn't shown movement on the tracking number in 2 weeks.
They sent the same response to PayPal.

Ohhh, that email. Yeah, I got one of those, as well, previously. Then after more time, I contacted them again (twice), heard nothing back. I finally just contacted their marketing rep (?) here, not knowing if they'd be able to help me, or not. They got in touch with whomever and I got an email soon after. It wasn't until I got involved on Paypal that they were ready to work with me on a solution . Very frustrating. I know how you feel, completely.

I just sent a response thru the PayPal dispute message center... told them I'm well aware my order was split into two packages with individual tracking numbers as stated. I received one, as stated. The other shows no movement, and I have waited WELL beyond the shipping time stated when order was placed. Would like a refund for product cost plus shipping. If the missing one shows up magically, I'll gladly pay for it again.

If they would have answered the email I sent them inquiring about this package, I would not have gone to PayPal just yet. But they chose to ignore me, and based on the posts I've read here, it seems that they have a habit of ignoring customer inquiries and complaints.

Did they use the line of we have been upgrading our email system for better customer service?
It is what they used on me AFTER they got notice by Paypal of a dispute.

No, they have not acknowledged the fact that I sent them an email. I mentioned it twice. They have not acknowledged my mention of it.

Regardless of any quoted shipping time estimate, at this point PP has imposed a deadline for Sourcemore to resolve your order, or at that time PP will refund you. I wouldn't fret too much about the silence. They are on the clock so they are either resolving it, or not. Either way you get the items or money back, just takes a while.

I have two separate orders from one place that were placed on 01/23 that haven't even been shipped yet, status still says, "Processing".

I've emailed them twice and the responded both times with the exact same response verbatim.

It must be a copy and paste answer for all responses.

After many messages back and forth with sourcemore thru a PayPal dispute, we have finally reached an agreement. They want to keep telling me my missing package is on its way. Ive stayed stern, and to the point with them. It's lost and I'm tired of waiting. Not rude, but not polite in my messages. They have agreed that if my missing package does not arrive by March 5th, they will then issue a refund. I don't foresee any new tracking updates in the next 8 days, but who knows, I may be proven wrong.

More than likely. Im tired of waiting tho. Im mainly pissed because they split my order in two. They both shipped from the same warehouse in Hong Kong. Both said ships in 24 hours on the sale page. Why split them up? And why did it take 48 hours to actually ship them? Now one made it to me, a single drip tip, while the other, another mvv2 mod, is lost in transit. Guess thats what I get for not paying the extra to ship DHL. last order from sourcemore I paid the extra, had my package in something like 10 days from time of order.

Im cranky. And impatient. Im going over to DWF before I hit the shower and relax with my dogs.

I just ordered some flavors from Bullcity. I haven't shopped there in months. I used to order pretty much monthly.

I got some Vaporesso Cascade tanks recently and the blue one is really nice. It's a strange blue though and I didn't think it'd match any of my mods. I dug deep in my vape closet and found my blue Smok Species. It's more of a mirror blue, but the colors are close.

Long story short, I made a matchy.

Can't like that. Hopefully whatever company it is gets their thumb out of their butt and figures something out for you. That's too long for an order to just be processing. Bet it only took them a few minutes to process your money into their pockets.

Well, last week, after using pod devices for over a year (year and a half?) and getting tired of them dying on me, I decided to get back to building. I picked up a couple of aegis legends after checking a few reviews and researching some feedback. At the same time, I picked up 8 25rs and an xtar charger since I couldn't find my old blu6 either. :/

The legends are a bit big but seem to be well built and function well enough. I couldn't find my old aromamizer plus so I ordered one of those since that was my old go-to and another rta (I can't recall which, but it is fairly popular for ease of build and vape quality, etc). I'm hoping I like it because I came to a bit of a realization.

Yesterday, I built my old o-atty with a single 26/32 clapton (that was a bitch and a half after having not built anything for so long-- it is NOT like riding a bike when you are dealing with capture screws and no velocity or clamp style deck. Lol) and threw it on one of the aegis legends. It vapes well but holy crap it has a lot of airflow for what I prefer now. I shelved it a couple of years ago because it was way too restricted for me but now it is a bit much. I was looking (and still am) for a cheap squonker to put it on with the BF pin in case I'm feeling like something open (for me) to drag on a bit.

The big realization came when I got home from work today. I dug around in the vape box a bit more and found an old kayfun 5 that was initially shelved for the same reason as the o-atty. I stripped, cleaned, and built it and damn is it good on the lowest airflow setting-- right in my wheel house now. I got kind of dissappointed when I jumped on duckduckgo looking for a kayfun 5 squared 25mm clone (the 5 looks awful skinny on the legend and an authentic just isn't in the budget after spending so much in the last week. Lol) to no avail. I guess nobody made one. It seems like tobecco or sxk were good for past kayfun clones but I can't quite remember.

I reckon if I don't find something else, I'll just keep an eye out for another used k5. haha

Oh, and I picked up another liter of 100mg nic base with the vote coming up. I'm on my last 100ml boston jar of 100mg base I bought about 5ish years ago. haha

Anywho, I'm back here with ya'll now. Lol

Hi Brandon, welcome back!

The O-atty RDAs I have are clones of V1 and V2, the V1 is a right bitch to build but is a great vape, imo. I used mine quite often on a Recurve squonker, a Wismec Luxotic BF, and a Wotofo Ram Stentorian box.

There are plenty of MTL RTAs around these days, I just don't have experience with them. I will say, if the Dvarw MTL is anywhere near as good as the DL version, it's worth a try for $15-20 for a clone from Fasttech. My DL is tremendous. Shape may not be what you're looking for, though, to put on a Legend. Mine is a 24mm tank, but it's a tall one.

Welcome back. Are you interested in regulated or mech squonkers?

I'll probaby go regulated this time around. I had a few Reos over the years and have since sold them off. I like the idea of just running a small single clapton at about 35 watts and having a consistent vape with pretty good battery life. I did find my old mech tube mods that I really liked so I didn't sell. I kept them for d-day so I'm covered on that front. I forgot I still had quite a few. There are a good 10 or so. haha

I think the most I ever spent on a mod was around $50 :)
The most I spent on a mod was $100, and that was at a vape shop, on the very first mod I bought. I gave that to my mother when I got a couple I liked better. Since then, the most I spent on one was $54, on an Aegis Legend.

My daily rotation mods were won right off this site, and show no sign of slowing down. I ain't giving those away any time soon.

A few days ago, I picked up a Kaees stacked RTA from the MFS clearance sale for $5 to get by while I wait on my aromamizer plus to get here from China (it should be state side in the next day or 5 as it is loaded up on their air post carrier now according to tracking).

Anywho, the kaees came in today so, after work, I mixed up some quick shake-n-vape juice and threw a build in the tank with the included fused claptons that came in the box and, I have to say, this little tank is pretty fantastic. The clamp system works very well and it is easy to build/wick. My sweet spot on the airflow is about half way open and the flavor is very nice. I'm surprised that I adapted back fairly quickly to a more open draw with this and I kind of wish I'd picked up more than one. haha

It does tell me I'll be very happy again with my a-plus when it comes in.

I also ordered a Luxotic MF kit (vw screen version) for $15 and a squonk easy refill bottle. The total came to right at $30 so I'm pretty excited to give that a try. I figured it's hard to go wrong for the price.

Also, as a side note, I have a good bit of nichrome and ss wire on hand to spin up various coils but am wondering if yall have any recommendations on just buying premade coils on the cheap. If not, I'll make my own but I wouldn't mind just having a tin of a couple dozen premade 3mm single or fused claptons to save the time. Also, I'm just lazy.

Good times. :)

Today I placed an order on liquidnicotinewholesalers.com
Going to dip my toes into the world of mixing my own juice. A big thanks to everyone who helped point me in the right direction. Once I laid the math out to my wife and explained how much money I can save doing it this way, she was totally on board.

Good for you. There's nothing to it, really. You'll start off trying too hard with flavors and mix some terrible juices but will eventually settle on 2 or 3 combinations that you enjoy.

I find mixing easiest when calculating based on 100ml bottles with 100mg/ml nic because it makes figuring your nicotine content simple on percentages.

Good luck and have fun learning. :)

I got some of those too today in the mail. I'm just getting home now so I'll look at them tommorow. I saw these a long time ago and always wanted atleast one. I ended up getting three for the price of one :D. MFS has been doing some awesome deals on rebuildables.

Checked out a couple of vape shops in Fargo ND today. Horizontech Falcons for only $49.99! Smok V9 kits were $79.99. That's just two examples but everything was just outrageous. I like window shopping but bought nothing.

I've really enjoyed the Wotofo coils that have come with Elder Dragon RDAs. My guess is that they are either 2- or 3-core N80 fused Claptons.

Several different kinds available here for great prices. You might have something more "upscale" in mind, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy these if I were going to get pre-made coils. My conscience just won't let me spend $15 for a pair of coils.

Haven't seen those Aliens before, might have to give 'em a try!
