So my concept is, a loadable database that you can add recipies to & on the flip side of that you can load all the flavors you have including the manufacturer and possible substitutions. so I load all the juices I have on to the app and it has a preloaded set of juice recipes in it. I can add more or the community could add to the database of recipes. then I just click a button that says What Can I Make... and poof out pops a bunch of recipies that I can make with what I have on hand... also if there are flavors that are substitutable say like carmel from TFA and a carmel from CAP then the recipe would pop up even if TFA was in the original but I have the CAP on hand... I think this would be an awesome vape community project... I don't make apps but... im sure someone out there does.

Reminds me of the Skyrim crafting calculator.

Tom950 please!!! I purchased 100 vials of juices from wizard labs and while I ordered some for specific recipies I would love to have existing good recipies to use what I have right away

IMO you would outgrow the usefulness of any "smart" recipe suggestions by an app quickly. I got excited about how the database at e-liquid-recipes.com works (found it before joining VU), got my inventrory up there just so I could use the "what can I make" button, and it helped me organize a shopping list. While it's a useful database, since only 1 in 100 recipes are actually good on that site, I get some good ideas, but RARELY is a good vape so plug-and-play.

Reading posts by VU community celebrity chefs will gives one a better mixing sensibility than an app (I know that's not the point), though I still use the online database to reference an ingredient for combo ideas and some flavor reviews. The good info is here, but a database's search function is more useful than a forum's by like 10 fold imo as a cookbook
.
Also I found that with hotrods desktop app, having a larger screen is nice when your flavor inventory breaks over a certain point. I like that one a lot after android apps for a year or two.
