Sorry to hear about your owie. I slipped on ice yesterday and hurt my right knee, but Lannie outdid both of us; she fell down the stairs and hurt both legs, back, arm, and pride. (Lannie, don't read past this point. :D ) Worst of all, it might have messed up her fingernails.
Well, guess we're all in this together I see.................

HA! That's the one thing that didn't get injured. Not even so much as a scratch on the polish, go figure. ;) This biotin stuff is amazing!

80-ish and sunny today
Mostly cloudy, a bit breezy, but still managed to hit 73. Amazing.
Hope you didn't fall down again
No, but the spinal stenosis in the lumbar area occasionally gives me nasty back pains. I am also a bit concerned that L3 might be chewing on the spinal cord because I am having a slight problem with control of my right leg and pains that might not actually be in the leg. Yes, I should go see the doc about that, but right at the moment, they fear this flu bug enough that they are not allowing anyone to come to the hospital without a declared emergency. Hell, even my yearly checkup next week will be done by telephone (which means no blood tests, pee test, etc.).

Figure, huh?

Nothing new here, no job tomorrow so I'm heading for the hills.

Not really anything new here either and still none of us or our neighbors are sick from anything other than government bullshit ( ), but I will be slogging through the mud for cow/chicken chores tomorrow instead of looking for gold. :) Anyway, good luck (hope you find some) and have lots of fun on your hike.

I don't know nor heard of a sole who is sick, guess it must be just folks who love to live elbow to elbow, which isn't us....or Anyone I know.

Ditto. We have always been "socially distant." Hell, even our nearest neighbor here is 1.5 miles away and the only ones we every see (about once a month) are 5 and 8 miles away. We do not ever go out drinking, dancing, or dining with a group.

I don't either. Eli is a few thousand miles away with no way to get here, freaking nightmare.

Hummmmm.....I'll ask Lannie for the recipe.
She can give you the recipes for the smarty pants and the harvest berry, but I mix them in my tank. She does not combine them for me. In a 3mL tank, I put about half an eye dropper of smarty pants and fill it with harvest berry. Just experiment with your mixture until you find something that trips your trigger.

What is smarty pants, a flavor?

I'm pretty sure Harvest Berry is a flavor.

The original smarty pants was a children's candy. I don't know what the ingredients are to recreate that taste. Both of these were leftover things Lannie wasn't using and I played around with them, then asked her to make me more, so she did. Now I have a couple 120 mL bottles of each.

Think I remember a candy called "Smarties", I believe they were little lil round (sour) things in a clear wrapper???

Unknown to me too. I just found them in old bottles she wasn't using anymore (back of the cupboard for a year) and I never questioned how many ingredients she combined when she made new bottles for me. Perhaps she will educate us tomorrow.

Smarties was the candy. I could eat a hundred of those wrapped tubes in one afternoon when I was in the 7th grade. They were a penny a roll and I'd walk in with a dollar and walk out with a bag full. Yes, it made me sick, but it was SO worth it! LOL! My best friend and I would each eat a hundred of those things, sitting in front of the school, waiting for the activity bus that ran at 4:30 because if we took the regular bus home and our moms caught us eating that much candy, they would have skinned us alive. So we ate them all right there (told our moms we "missed the bus") and threw the evidence in the school garbage cans. (We probably bounced off the walls the rest of the day, but the sugar crash afterward made us sleep good, that's for sure, LOL!)

Sweet & Tart is the name of the flavor, made by TFA. "Smarty Pants" was the name of a juice that somebody made, and I don't remember who it was now, it's been so long since we bought juice. Anyway, all it is is 15% Sweet & Tart in your base. That's it. It tastes just like the candies I remember.

Harvest Berry is a Capella flavor, and I mix it by itself at 10% to use as a fruit highlight, or if I just want a blast of mixed fruit. I actually like FA's Forest Fruit better now, but there are times you want just the red berry part, not the blueberry/blackberry cool flavors. Harvest Berry tastes like a warmer mixture of red berries to me, and Forest Fruit has a cooler "blue" berry flavor. But that's just me. Your mileage may vary. :)

That's hurting my head to try to remember someone I won a few juices from on another forum almost four years ago... think it was someone in Texas with a name like...ummm... Star Mountain... or something like that.

Sorry I am late. Was in a lot of pain earlier, so laid down and fell asleep. Just woke up and saw TV and computer still on, so figured I better at least get on here and say "Hi."

BUT, it was a beautiful day, prolly in the upper 70's, with sun. Supposed to cloud up and rain again, I'll believe that when I see it.....had MUCH more rain than usual, doubt we'll get more, but who knows.

I get a kick out of that guy. He's a Canadian who talks like a conservative redneck from this country and he wants us to beat the shit out of the liberals.

Speaking of... our mail lady delivered a package here today and we stood at the gate BSing for about 10 minutes. She has said in the past that she is a Democrat, but I swear I was talking to a Republican. She seems very pissed at the libs. Even told me a joke:

Given that China has given us Coronavirus, it is only fair that we return the favor and send them Nancy Pelosi.
